Failed to deliver £400 item within time…
Failed to deliver £400 item within time frame. Blatantly lied on first reply to their stupid ticket system. 2nd response they told me they was waiting for their branch in hamburg to receive the item before sending to me. With no date for delivery, not even having the item, and a poorly reviewed refund policy I thought it best to reclaim via my bank ( which was completed and paid back within 30 mins)

They have some fake reviews to fool you.
They will waste a lot of your time and they may or may not deliver your items. In my case, they did not. Also, no proper way to contact them. Just a stupid form on their website which makes sure you don't get their email to write to them.
11/10/22 - Ordered some Alro pro outdoor charging cables.
18/10/22 - Checked with them why the order was not dispatched yet. Response - wait for 10 working days before contacting us.
26/10/22 - 10 working days elapsed still no dispatch hence requested an order cancellation. No response.
28/10/22 - Called the credit card company to raise a dispute.
In the age of Amazon if you are going to take ages to deliver an order the least you could do is keep people informed and have proper contact details on the site.
In my opinion, this has all the signs of a scam stay away.

Customer service phone line tells me that I'm in a queue. Phone rings twice. a recorded message states that all their agents are busy, and that messages cannot be left in their mailbox.

TERRIBLE - Avoid at all cost - £700 spent - No communication - Unacceptable delivery
Well, I am not sure where to start as I normally do not leave review even when my buying experience is not satisfactory as I do understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan; but this has to be to an acceptable level.
I placed my order for a fridge freezer on the 02/10/2022 and for the amount of £669.97. I have just moved in into my new place, and Comwales website was the only one I didn't do my research prior the purchase; what a mistake that was.
At first, when placing the order, the delivery given was before the 17/10/2022. Also I did find this a bit long, I thought it was acceptable as the supplier is in Wales and the fridge a consequent item to deliver.
On the 11/10/2022 I thought it was strange that I still did not received any update from them, so I started calling them on the phone +44 1443 403333, during their supposed opening hours.
The phone keeps ringing to eventually end up on a voicemail saying "We are busy with a customer either online or in shop please call back later". No option to leave a voicemail and no call back received.
So I have then send at least over 10 messages via their website, in the "submit a ticket" section. This is a live agent box and they state that they will contact back within 24 hours but nothing for the last 2 days. I would have expected to at least receive a confirmation email saying my tickets were correctly logged but again, nothing there.
So I also tried to contact them by email on the address provided for their orders AND support ones, only to receive a bounced back email stating "Your mail has been sent to a legacy unmonitored mailbox."
I finally logged in to check the status of my order, only to see now that the delivery has been pushed from the 17/10/2022 to now 03/11/2022.
With all this in mind, the situation is just becoming too stressful. If getting a return from them just to enquire about the delivery status of an order is impossible, I can only imagine the trouble it would be to contact them in case if the item received is faulty.
Because of all this, and because, as according to their cancellation policy, I am still within 14 days from the day of the purchase and because the order HAS NOT BEEN DISPATCHED yet, I have now requesting them to cancel my order and issue a refund.
In the meantime I have contacted my bank and explained the all situation. They have provided me with a dispute number and are going to investigate the transaction. They also advise me to report to Trading Standards Agency, which I will do.
I have decided to leave a review because I want people to be aware of the stress and lack of professionalism cause by the supplier. When customer buy any products, let alone expensive ones, a minimum level of customer support is expected.
I have been advised by the bank to keep a log of all the emails, tickets logged and phone calls made so that ComWales cannot deny my attempts to contact them about this situation.
Please be aware before purchasing through this website and read around before buying. They may have some unique looking products, but their delivery frame and customer aftercare are terrible.
Again I am leaving this review as a written proof that I have requested my order to be cancelled and refunded. I have been advised by the bank to keep emailing, and should they still ignore and attempt a delivery in a month time to refuse it.
Should the rest of my buying/cancelling/refunding experience be as poor as what it is right now, I will write again another review so that potential buyers are aware of it.
ComWales, you do NOT treat your customers with respect and your commercial practices are very unprofessional to say the least. I hope I read from you very soon.

Worst customer service ever. Buyer beware
We ordered a Neff microwave in June 2022 that cost over £300 and unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged.
We reported this but it took a number of emails (as you are unable to contact by phone) before Comwales acknowledged the issue.
There were emails back and forth and eventually we were able to return the microwave.
Since that day we have battled to try and get our money back. We were promised it back in August but have still not had a penny. I check my credit card account daily and have emailed weekly but are now not getting any responses.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company.

I ordered a Satellite Receiver from this company, but received a Satellite Set top box instead with just an AV socket and no Satellite Dish socket. The instructional manual was only in German. I sent it back and I have been waiting now since the 6th of September for the refund.
Very difficult to make contact with the Customer Service, who advised me that it is now in accounts. My emails now are ignored. I wish that I had looked up the revues before ordering. Think very carefully before using this company!

Not a scam just late delivery
So i thought I'd write to give some purchasers peace of mind, I ordered a school bag for my daughter mid August with a delivery date of 4 - 6th Sept, that came and went which made me wonder if I had been scammed. After reading the reviews on here and convinced I had been. A week later the bag arrived! In new condition no damage.
Trouble is there is no order progress so difficult to tell when it would arrive. These items are mostly shipped from China so expect long delivery times.

Worst online experience of my life.
I purchased 2 items before my birthday end of July. I waited over 3 weeks for the items, only one arrived. I emailed to confirm where the other is and they said it is with the Royal Mail, and that is was going to be delivered. Although I was only provided with one tracking number 😂 the items I ordered at the time were funko pops and difficult to buy as they were sold out, one of these items were easier to buy on other websites, but since I was ordering as a pair I just ordered them both together at a HIGHER cost because I wanted them. What this company is doing it advertising things and then obviously purchasing what is ordered to sell to us at a higher rate. I kept getting ignored and told it’s been sent, lies again.
I emailed and complained, twice, told them I was taking things further as it is DISGUSTING what they are doing. No apology, tonight I received a refund for the item they are clearly struggling to find in stock else where.
I am currently reporting them to the ombudsman and trading standards.
DO NOT BUY IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK !!! Buy elsewhere !!

Avoid this company like the plague! Their business practices are extremely suspect. In my view they are really dodgy.
I bought a rotisserie from them which did not arrive in time so I cancelled the order via their website. I had to send numerous chasers for a refund but no replies were received. Eventually, I had to threatened to take it further.
This was July and I still have not received my refund.
I reported them to my bank and they tried to get my payment returned but failed because ComWales said we had received delivery and they supplied my bank with some documentation which was clearly doctored.
Comwales do not reply to emails or the phone. I am now considering reporting them to Trading Standards and the Welsh Government Fraud Dept.
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered something that had an expected delivery of a few days. Checked the order status regularly and the delivery date kept going up. Decided to cancel the order as what I needed it for had long gone, got a confirmation email saying cancelation request was received and accepted.
Nothing happened for another week, no refund or communication. Tried ringing but got nowhere, emailed them and I got a response. Customer service accepted no responsibility for anything and said it was in fact my fault for not checking the estimated delivery even though I had done exactly that several times. They said their standard delivery can take up to 10 days and I should be patient and the cancelation request was now rejected. I replied saying I ordered the item over 30 days ago so it was well out of their standard delivery date but they said the same thing still not accepting any responsibility. Heard nothing and them the item got delivered over a month after ordering, needless to say it will be getting returned for a refund and I’ll never use the shambles of a shop again.
