They are looking for modern day slaves. The pay is one dollar more than my local McDonalds. So after I saw for the third time on a different position with them that they will only pay $15 an hour. I cracked open a Twisted Tea during the video assessment and had fun the rest of the way through the process. It's safe to say I will never work for them. LOL.

They started working on our google ads, made a mess and never respond to their emails?

Listen to all the negative reviews and do not apply for a job here. The pay is awful, less than minimum wage when you work it out, no sick pay, they tell you you'll get bonuses then it never happens. They pay you every 2 weeks, both wages are different to each other so impossible to manage a home and bills like this.
They do not like it if you have any disability needs. They refuse for you to have a medical assessment with a view to making reasonable adjustments as per the equality act which is unlawful. They say, there's no point in having it because it will just tell you to work less hours! This is discrimination but they don't care.
The amount of work they expect is impossible and for £10/hour, you'd be better off in a supermarket.
They change your shifts last minute, no additional pay for unsocial hours.
All in all, an appalling company to avoid at all costs!

Some of the nicest and funniest people ive worked with.

However the company itself and the managing staff? Big no. Monitor your visits to the toilet, have to have phone in locker which makes it a nightmare if you are expecting calls or if someone tries to reach you for an emergency.

0 flexibility, awfull salary.

They only focus on numbers and not their employees. new hires come go like its a brothel. Within 6 months of working there there are most likely only a handfull of people left from when you started. Wouldnt recommend even for the young and naive to work here.

WARNING DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME! Don’t say that no one warned you! I’ve worked for many places in my life but never something so bad that you lose hope on life! They will make you feel small, let’s say you do 100 good things and 1 error, they will make your life a living hell and make sure that it even affects you outside work, people who work there have realized that they reached the lowest possible and they try to pull everyone with them! Fake, unfair, embarrassing, sexual harassment, users and I could continue! It’s almost impossible to find a worse job!

Everything is fun when you start but as time goes you’ll realize that you’ll be under retar** that will make your life a living hell! I worked at this place for 2 years and I wanted to kill myself! I worked for Concentric a little over 3 months almost four. I advise people who are looking for a job to stay away. Company over works you and will literally blame you for the lack of training they do on their part. I literally never worked for a company who caused so much stress in my life. In training you are being trained one thing and then out of training you are told another thing. Ask for help. No help available. The person who is your manager/ leader you are assigned to after grad-bay doesn't help at all. When you are on the phone with customers and have trouble from all the bad feedback from the company you ask your team leader for coaching how to take challenging calls they aren't able to help. Totally useless.

Will be following up with a solicitor.

This isn't okay how they treat their employees. The amount of reviews online saying the same things with feedback from past employees. Thank god I have documented everything and have proof on my end.

To be honest, you’d probably get paid more working in hell, at least in hell you can go to the bathroom when you need. I have worked in many call centres for many years now and this one takes the winning spot! This place is an absolute joke. I’ve been here for 9 months now.
ANY GOOD FEEDBACK AT ALL IS JUST THE MANAGERS, ITS ALL A BIG FAT LIE .

CONS-
-Managers will time your pee breaks
-You will be interrogated as to why You had to go to the bathroom again in front of everyone which is quit demeaning
-my team was 25 people and a couple weeks later 13 people quit and that’s not including me and a few others
-The “team leaders” have no training, are down right stupid, don’t even know what to do when their team asks for help
-THERE IS NO SUPPORT !!!
-Your are encouraged to not get help before lodging something on a customers file ( to save kpi call time) , but if it’s wrong it’s your fault for not knowing
-Training for this department was supposed to be 6-7 weeks, they pushed it down to 3. This is for family and domestic violence , this is why agents on the Centrelink family and domestic violence line don’t know what they are doing, THEY WEREN’T TRAINED
-If there are system outages you get in trouble for not following your schedule
-Team leaders would run to my team leader asking for help and my team leader wouldn’t have a clue what to do either
-Constantly team leaders and managers all go to another room for cakes and kfc.
-There is only 1 PERSON WHO IS A DESIGNATED HELPER FOR CALLS IN A OFFICE OF AROUND 200 !!
-you only get paid 24$.40
-Managers constantly will talk down about their employees
-My manager told me to buy nicer clothes, to not wear shalls, to not talk to certain people, and to not eat at my desk
-Team leaders will make u speak about your personal life in front of everyone and then use your personal issues, ie: if you have anxiety or depression they use this against you and will spread things to other managers so that when you are struggling with mental health you are overlooked and looked down on as weak.( my manager did this to me and my whole team)

I don’t know why people would apply here, a few people who have worked for Centrelink for over 20 years worked here for a few months and quit because even they could see the management in this place was absolutely disgusting.

Your mental health will decline, your lifestyle will be terrible due to minimum pay, you yourself will be stressed to only have 8 min of bathroom break a day, and let’s not forget all the team leaders are little followers and are not smart. If you work at concentrix in Robina you will see them flirting constantly ( despite having SO) and just not doing any work.

You are just a number on a page and will be treated worse then garbage
Please don’t waste your time at this place, there are so many cliques in management no support, and even when people say they are depressed or feeling suicidal they don’t get help. Really an amazing job of making a company that should be burnt to the ground considering we aren’t even trained to help people so what are we even doing besides making mistakes in these peoples lives relying on their next Centrelink payment.

If you are still considering that you might wanna here then you either want to be micromanaged down to your bathroom breaks or you just want to work in a stressful office with ugly people.

Also ps: a few of employees have complained to HR, and nothing was done, like many people have said you are just a number.

Really bad micromanagement, the higher ups treat you like you’re worthless. Horrible trainers, our group of 22 trainees went down to 5 in the space of >three weeks<

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, saves you the stress and hassle.

Company is awful. Managers are complete bullies and sexually harrass people daily. They lack qualifications to manage their teams as they more than likely have worked in the company years even if they one minute we’re just a customer service agent. Hr department is despicable and breach confidentiality all of the time. Pay is woeful. Systems you are forced to work on are sub par. You don’t get paid for breaks and when you get paid every 2 weeks the pay is always significantly less and you have to go back and forth with pay roll. No mental health facilities.

I got a call on the 03/2022 from Concentrix. The lady asked me if I am available for a chat. I said yes but at 3pm I have to pick my daughter up from school. She said, I must be honest with you, you are not allowed to do school run. This is a full-time job, not because you are working from home. She carried on if a part time job is available your CV is on record thank you. I felt discriminated by the interviewer/ recruiter. I was not given a chance to start the interview. This is so wrong on every level.

Truly awful. Long days. Micro managed. Poor pay. Bad management. The worst job I've ever had. Avoid.

Worked for this company for 4 months. The training was shocking, 4 different trainers each told us different things…..

When doing the job you get stressed and abuse from customer because the campaign they work for (Scottish power) is robbing!

Pay… don’t get started they take so much tax and national insurance of you more then I have had in any other job. Literally.

Don’t care if you have children and don’t understand childcare. I had covid and still got a warning for having time of. So in the end I quit they didn’t pay me right so I mentioned it to the company wich only resulting me losing more money

All the good comments are as fake as this company, they are written by the lowlife losers who call them self leaders but are a big joke! This place is horrible by all means, you’ll hate your life and wish you never started! People come and go like in the stores where people buy groceries and leave again! The leaders are the biggest problem both on the Danish, Swedish and Norwegian side! Imagine the absolute worst kind of humans that’s what you can expect from these viruses! Most of them are uneducated and very very stupid! The only reason why they leaders is because they’ve been working for many years and a** licked the other leaders. The salary is a huge joke, I had colleges asking me to borrow money all the time, some bought new cars but realized that they couldn’t afford them with that salary! Trust me it’s not worth it you’ll regret this big time, I wouldn’t write all this if concentrix was a good company, it’s funny because they changed their name some times so far, first it was Stream and than Convergys and now Comcentrix, it’s just a big joke and a place where you’ll end up as a lowlife just like all the people working there! People who say or write something good are fake! Very fake because I’ve seen how this horrible place effects people, people have killed themselves , it’s even been in the news, people experience a lot of depression and anxiety because you are being treated like an animals and they will make sure that you hear all your errors and make you feel worthless! Stay away for you own good, this is the worst of the worst!

I applied for a job on indeed , days later i was contacted by CONCENTRIX. After a short call booked me in next day for a call and later the same day an interview! After the call i was sent 5 texts and 2 emails , his attitude during the short call didnt sit well with me , i found him pushy and over bearing so decided to research this "company"....needless to say i decided to pass on it. I contacted them via the texts and told them that this was not for me , he did try to reassure me but i think he got the gist of what i was saying as the planned call next morning didnt come. Thanks to all that have reviewed this company.
