They advertise a high pay during interviews then as you start working you literally get paid less than minimum wage. It is a horrible company, they pretend to show they care but they really don't. All the managers care about is you taking calls even if your struggling etc they don't take that into consideration just take the call and hit their targets.
The training is a lie. Everything they train you is not what you will be doing in the job.
The managers forget they are on zoom during lunch with us staff membrs and sit their insulting us with their fellow colleagues and think we
can't hear because we are on mute and lunch.
This job will bring you SOOOO much stress. I would NEVER EVER EVER work for this company even if I was desperate for money. I would rather be poor than work for this company.

I have to work along with employees from concentrix. It is clear that they do not provide adequate trainings for their employees and thus they do a lot of mistakes that cause many problems, my team and our customers suffer. After all the customers think it is our company that is not doing it's work properly, and they give negative reviews in trustpilot which is incorrect.
Concentrix does not want to create integrity, they can just provide low-cost labour with terrible quality, if you truly care about your business you should not hire them as they will not share the mission and the vision of your company. Me and my colleagues have already informed our management about our bad experience with concentrix employees and I hope we will cease this toxic partnership soon.
This was my last call centre job ever
This was my last call centre job and the one that made me decide to leave the call centre industry after being in it for 15 years. Being a Tier 2 advisor was a joke. I had way more technical ability than about 95%+ of all the other Tier 2s but I wasn't able to help the customers out with what I knew. The products are garbage. The support we gave them was garbage too. After 2 and a half years, I snapped, sent them an email that I quit and haven't looked back. They tried to screw me out of getting my EI, but I came armed with proof that I did email them as they tried to blame me for No Call No show. I got my EI approved on medical grounds because of that proof. They learned never corner this bull, as they got gored. Concentrix can suck it. As far as the ones that say this place is excellent and this is a great career, are you living under a rock, or with your parents? No person in their right mind would think that. Working from home is not what it's cracked up to be. This job will eat your soul. Run away as fast as you can and never look back.

RACIST AND ABUSIVE TEAM LEADER, EXTREMELY UNORGANISED, TERRIBLE WORK LIFE BALANCE, HORRIBLE EXPECTATIONS! If I could give this company no stars I would!! This company will hire complete riff raff! You will be expected to meet unrealistic targets with threats of job termination if you do not meet these! Everything is completely unorganised and managers and team leaders don’t know how to do their jobs properly. You are expected to work even when your ill as “you work from home so there’s no excuse” So many people leave this terrible company so their staff turnover is extremely high! They are desperate for staff and will hire anybody! If you report any in appropriate behaviour from mangers or team leaders it will be ignored with no outcome as they desperately need people to work regardless of their disgusting actions! The pay is extremely low (minimum wage for the massive workload you will have to take on daily) a normal standard customer service advisor will have to learn how to code (which they purposely don’t tell you about) which is very complicated, stressful and overwhelming if you have no experience with this! You will not get your shift patterns until the very last minute and they can be changed at any point! Please stay away from this company at all costs, if your looking for a job within this sector please keep scrolling… concentrix are in no way worth it!!

If you're ever desperate for a job don't bother with these lot. All your hard work and effort will be spat upon and mind games will be played to have you removed if you diverge from the cult-like company ideals. Which is satanic and psychotic.
They prey on the young, naive & desperate and frankly if the company disappeared tomorrow it would be a net benefit for all humanity.
I suppose working there for 6 weeks gave me a fascinating real world insight into how Nazi Germany operated and how they got away (temporarily) with what they did.

All the good comments are by managers! If you’ve worked here than you’ll understand that there is nothing good about this fake and disgusting place! I have absolutely nothing good to say, you are treated like dirt! The start is always fun but you’ll start to realize how fake this “ company is “ they have changed their name god knows how many times, that’s not so normal or is it? No this company is a serious joke and ever work with Expedia which tells a lot about them!

I started there last year with around 10 or more people and all of them left except 1.
They are horrible to you, they do not care about you , they exploit you, they lie to you, they are money robbers, they monitor your every move trying to make sure they do not pay you. Their systems are outdated and there are lots of technical issues which they say they’ll pay you for , however when it comes to the time, they say they will not pay you for it.
They also underpay you even though you have worked your ass off working for them. I remember doing over time twice and the manager didn’t report it so my hours simply did not count.
I also remember this time they said they were going to pay double for overtime so I spent a week doing overtime everyday and then I got told my overtime did not count. They never paid me for it !
This company worsen my depression and I wanted to suicide. I had to get medical leave because I could not cope. When I came back because i felt better I worked for a week and on the second day I was already feeling suicidal. I hated the job and the managers with a passion.
Eventually I worked and then they still did not pay me all my wages. I had to wait 1 month and a half for them to give me a partial of the rest of money owed. I had to get ACAS involved , then I requested the rest and they said I owed them holidays money and I know it’s not true as I never requested holidays, only 3 times. 1 of them for 1 week and half and the other 2 half days . They made me work my ass off and underpaid me for 10 months and So I eventually quit and I am in the best job now. They still owe me money but I’ve left it like that because I simply do no wish to talk about Concentrix and convergys ever again.
They are the worst of the worst. I hope people think twice before working for them

I worked remotely for them as both Concentrix and Convergys. Worst job I've ever had. Managers are all horrible except maybe one or 2. Got laid off 2 Christmas's in a row. They don't even give you a heads up. They treat employees horrible and make sure you know you are replaceable. As soon as your fired they lock you out of everything. The only thing I gained from working there is remote experience. Last manager I had purposely screwed up my fmla paperwork bc she hated me. Human resources wouldn't listen to me at all. I ended up with the flu and couldn't even speak and when I returned to work I was promptly fired for missing work even with a Dr.'s notice. They use outdated software, installed a tracker on my computer and filled my computer up with their horrible software that crashes constantly. If you try to make any waves they will fire you quickly.

A company that imported(so to speak) people from all over Europe to support different languages for Microsoft then in few months fired half of them as redundant. (The period of time before the actual redundancy started, employees were harassed by setting rough or impossible targets then setting on low morale by constant talks about targets in a special room). All of this to motivate people to resign on their own, sort of medieval means, just the torture tools were missing. Can write a book on how you should not run a company. Disgrace.

the environment is terrible, one day theres no water and the manager was laughing at individuals because they couldnt use the toilet as they didnt flush and were blocked, but theyre are individuals with health conditions. obviously they cant put themselves in other peoples shoes.
no stability with rota, they change your shifts last minute and cant even be flexible if you have plans. they must think we have NO life.
they screw up pay and when you chase them up for it, they say they'll sort it out but dont.
and if you have holiday banked up, you have to use them up as soon as you notice theyre there or else the company takes them away from you.
favoritism amonst managers and certain colleagues, so certain people get away with zero productivity and others get warnings for not being productive enough.
Training itself is waste of time, when it couldve been done in a few days, they take weeks, playing games, none of the trainers are organised and they dont even know how to use the systems!

and then we, the sales assistants, get warning for not providing efficient detailsto customers, when we havent been given the proper training in the first place.
this place makes jobs like mcdonalds look good, atleast you get a free meal there. Here, theres nothing.
