The service as always at Concept Gosforth was excellent .

The staff are so helpful and friendly and the surroundings very modern and welcoming .

As far as customer experience goes I don’t think you could do much better and I would certainly recommend Concept to others .

Overall I was very happy with the service and especially the optometrist. Especially given we are in the Covid environ. The only two negatives are 1) I did not get the glasses I originally chose and paid for on the day (I was told a couple of days later) - disappointing because it took a while to choose them; and 2) no follow up to see if glasses need adjusting etc. Otherwise happy.

Some of my contact lenses I received were not correct - obviously ordered wrong and not checked. Awaiting reorder.

All the staff at concept are fantastic, they can't do enough for you, always super helpful in helping you pick the perfect frame... or in my case frames! I have now a nice collection of 5 frames from concept. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a Blephex treatment today for drier than normal eyes and can highly recommend it. The lady who carried out the treatment fully explained why eyes become dry and gritty and what the treatment entailed. I was a bit nervous but she put me at ease. It only took 20 minutes, didn’t hurt at all and after the treatment my eyes felt rejuvenated and moistened. I was given great advice about caring for my eyes and also given eye drops and an eye mask to continue keeping my eyes healthy. If you are a sufferer then It is worth giving it a try.

Bridgwater Clinic excellent. Uses all modern testing clinic, everything explained clearly by all and I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and the excellent, caring staff.

Sam, Sarah and George are lovely. I have received top class service and honest advice on lenses and frames every time I have visited.

I recently went to the new Concept Eye Clinic on Gosforth High Street and was very impressed! The premises is new and very high tech offering a wide range of the latest designer glasses. The team are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the products and keen to help you wherever possible. I’ve booked in for my eye test in Theatre One - I can’t wait!!

My father and I have had glasses and sunglasses from concept for the last 15 years and every pair have fit perfectly considering my odd shaped head as well as in more recent years been indestructable in the hands of my kids. Excellent service and fantastic range of frames. Keep up the good work guys

I’ve been coming to Concept for years and have always received excellent service. However having visited the new premises last week all I can say is WOW... eye care to another level. Love theatre 1 and the cinema projection of images. I will trust no one else with my precious eyes! Thanks team.
