Great kit, rubbish service.

Machine has worked very well since installation and completely cleared up our mould. Sadly the customer service has been poor from start to finish. The installer was meant to discuss which system we wanted. He didn't- just arrived and 30 mins later he had already installed the more expensive one! Six months later we have a fault with the system and they are ignoring emails.

My advice: add 10% to the price and use it to invest in decent customer service!

Found that actually contacting the agent Danielle was difficult but when contact was reached,things happened.

Very good efficient service. Phoned on Monday had PIV fitted Wednesday am. Chap fitting it very good with little mess or disruption. Only small niggle was they don't like speaking to you on the phone and do everything by email. I would prefer speaking to someone!

Installers were brilliant, can't say the same for Danielle. Repeatedly ignores phone messages, emails etc. Numerous attempts to contact over the time of installation to now, simply doesn't want to know. Suggest a course in customer service, problem solving is not her forte.
The installers informed me that I probably need soffit vents. This was reported to Danielle, followed up with email and phone call. Not even an acknowledgement was received.

From my first contact with Condensation Cured, I received prompt and totally professional service. I was not familiar with ventilation systems, but Danielle took the time to explain in the clearest possible terms, including diagrams, exactly how they work. Once we had decided to go for a PIV system, and two extractors, installation was arranged for the following week. We could not believe how efficient everyone was. And the total bill was extremely reasonable.

We had a heated PIV unit fitted at the end of March and we would definitely recommend Condensation Cured Ltd.
We were very happy with the communication from them. Danielle answered all our questions quickly and efficiently, and we had plenty of them!
We were also very happy with Phil, the engineer, he arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and did a good clean job.
The unit seems to be working well, definitely has helped with the condensation in the bathroom but time will tell with the rest of the house.
It was reasonably priced and is hopefully money well spent.

System works fine condensation problems have been cured, had a couple of issues with the installation but I`m very pleased to say the company has now been back out and they have sorted them out.
So overall everything is good now, and the aftersales service is reliable.

Customer services in relation to after care totally does not exist, fabulous when they selling the product but no instructions came with the fans, sales lady told me the temperature could be adjusted, this was not the case, after a lot of emails by me and a lot of persistence they sent an engineer out to change the temperature as it could not be done be ourselves as they said when they sold it, charged me too, gave up trying to contact them in the end with another issues we had as after leaving about 4 x messages and emailing with no response I put it down to a bad very expensive experience. I would not recommend this company.

Superb service start to finish, along with great pricing.
The two members of the team that fitted the unit were very clean, tidy and quick.
Even fitted a separate bathroom fan whilst there. which was easily sorted with the office .

After problems with condensation in my rental property, Danielle at condensation cured was recommended to me. I had the piv system fitted and also one in my parents house. After 2 days my parents noticed a real difference, no condensation on the windows or walls. My tennent has also had no problems since it has been fitted. Great service and the fitter was on time and there was no mess at all. Would definitely recommend. Really pleased

Really pleased with Condensation Cured Ltd, good communications and the two fitters were great, courteous and tidy, and the unit has made a massive difference to our mould problem 😊. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting work done .

I would recommend this company, I had mould removed and treated in my home and am very happy with the result.
They were prompt to reply and provided a fast service. Danielle gave me advice on things I can do to prevent any more issues. Thanks again

Absolutely brilliant company, Got a PIV fitted on the 22nd of November and its absolutely brilliant! No condensation anymore which is what I wanted. I got the 2 stage mould treatment on my bedroom wall and the 2 lady’s and the Man was brilliant! Very knowledgeable and did a brilliant job. Would recommend this company 👍

I've used condensation cured on numerous occasions to rectify various condensation issues in a number of my rented properties.Always been happy to give advice and carry out a survey.Ive had 3 PIV loft units and 2 wall mounted PIV In ground floor flats.Engineers always polite and helpful.Just had my 4th loft unit fitted and asked to write a review..... Again everything spot on.Looking through the reviews and do people not realise theres a Pandemic😳😳 obviously office either shut or just too busy with back logs.Wouldnt use any other company.

Very poor customer service. Slow to respond to enquiries and generally not at all, unless repeatedly prompted. Didn’t send information regarding the units they fit despite offering to do so. Engineer did not turn up on appointment day. No follow up appointment offered despite my request for one. No communication from the company to address this. I appreciate times are currently difficult but communication is key. I do not recommend this company nor will I be using their services.

4yrs ago this company installed a piv system in our rental property, to excellent effect. Each year since they have serviced the system. However last October after a service request they failed to respond to emails. My last attempt to contact them was before lockdown. Today I checked their website and was surprised to see them still in business. 4 yrs ago would have given a 5star rating, now, if I could, it would be a zero.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Company are impossible to contact to receive any sort of proper response. They took £100 of my money as a deposit for installation and the engineer did not turn up to install as arranged. Three phone calls and one text later complaining and nobody from Condensation Cured has got back to me to discuss refunding my deposit, as I have requested multiple times.

I asked condensationcure to help me to install Piv unit and mould treatment. Liza was very good and she try to help me as good as she could and she also provides friendly service. Phil the engineer also great and friendly. The reason I gave 4 star because it should take a day work, but it take another day to finish the work, however I understand that condensationcure have try their best to short out my house mould problem. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service. The PVI installer was brilliant, he arrived on time and worked very hard to install the pvi machine and do the mould treatment. He was great at explaining everything to us and we are throughly impressed, would definitely recommend the service to my friends.

The mould treatment and pvi machine has made a difference to the quality of air in my home, it's been a week and we've all noticed a difference.

Top service super fast fitting and reasonable price. Results seen within hours no longer get condensation on the windows throughout the house this should impact on mould over time.
First class service would recommend their services.
