Easy to use and understand - even the most technophobe Executive can use Conference Gene when not in the office :)

We have been using Conference Genie for the past 4 years, keeping the same passcode during that time.

The system is very user friendly, we don't even have to think about it when we are asked to set up a conference call, the details are all at our fingertips.

I'd highly recommend the service to others.

easy to dial and it don't comes up asking invitees to press a lots of keys Also it does not ask people to wait to keying in PIN until the automated message is over. Few conference which I used or joined, have very irritating messages at start and even don't recognise your pin or option unless that is finised.

We use Conference Genie for our conference calling needs. We have multiple rooms and individuals can manage their own calls, while we can still monitor usage.

Use it all the time with my colleagues and international clients. Could do with a few more international numbers but is only a minor fault.

Service works well. Hold music is a little too loud (I know I can disable it though).

Conference Genie is an easy way to set up Conference Calls with people joining from the UK and abroad.

Setting up a conference call with Conference Genie takes literally seconds and the calls are charged at a reasonable price - and a PLUS account, allowing you to store and name 5 rooms, is completely free.

I've been juggling those 5 rooms for months - choosing which meetings were important enough to warrant a saved passcode. Today, I wrote to Customer Services and Mike K responded within minutes to courteously inform me he had increased my limit tenfold with immediate effect. Many thanks!

Being honest, I do not use Conference Genie very often but when I do, I am always completely confident that it will work well. I have never had a bad experience with it.

When I do use it, it is normally for international calls usually involving at least three different countries.

Set up was easy and straightforward, but as we started to use the service, the line quality wasnt the best and so we moved away to our existing corporate solution, tending not to use Conference Genie any longer.
