I've been serviced with what Im looking for.

Would definitely recommend Conference Genie , usually hook up with colleagues in the USA and find it easy and efficient .

Having battled with an internal phone system "capable" of conference calls we now use Conference Genie exclusively. It simply works without swearing!

We have been using Conference Genie for some years now and find the service reliable, effective and easy to use (which is more than can be said for some other online services of this type). We have also found customer service to be friendly and quick to respond. I would recommend Conference Genie to anyone.

Easy to use, clear instructions, clear itemised billing. Very helpful staff if you have any queries or do have a problem. Would definitely recommend.

Really easy to use, just name your room and the system automatically gives you the dial in and passcode. Simples ...

It's easy to use. Effective and reliable. What's not to like?

I'd recently been promoted to manager and one of the first things I wanted to implement was a solid conference system we could use to better organise our departments and provide a focal point for ideas.

Having shopped around quite a bit, once I'd tried conference genie, I knew I didn't have to look any further. It does everything I need and more, completely free. I paid extra to be able to record the calls, but it wasn't much extra and saves me panicking if I haven't managed to take all of the notes in a meeting.

We have a bit of a laugh over the name when new clients hear it for the first time, but it's a good icebreaker. We also think the pre-recorded voice system that provides instruction is great!

Won't be looking for a new system any time soon!

From our first dealing with Conference Genie we have receive a highly professional, friendly service which has been at a very competitive rate. With the conference service we receive we have been able to portray to other businesses our professionalism which is due to Conference Genie.

Conference Genie is a great way to make conference calls. The system is simple and easy to use. I have never had a problem when using it, I have had numerous people calling in from a range of countries at one time and it has always worked. It is easy to hear the others you are in the call with. I would definitely recommend it.

We'd had problems before with getting reliable conference lines - the costs could be outrageous, sometimes the lines weren't even active when we went to use them!
Swapping to Conference Genie was a transformation. The team made the whole set up process a dream (and that was despite the best efforts of our own purchasing department!) and couldn't have been more helpful making sure everything was in place and that we knew how to use the technology. This positive service carried right through too and are always helpful whenever we have a query!
It's great peace of mind to know that we have a reliable number no matter where we are or when we need it, and being able to plan the costs and even budget costs against different teams/uses just makes the whole package perfect for us in every way!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and couldn't imagine using anyone else in the future

Conference Genie is so quick and convenient. I use Conference Genie regularly with our contacts in Europe, who use the international numbers provided. I have my own passcodes set up and they can be used at a moment's notice. Absolutely fabulous!!

Working in an international environment with business partners worldwide - the option to use CG has provided me with one of the most convenient resources to do business.
If I have one request it is that CG consider expanding their worldwide options / numbers and in particular in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australasia.

Excellent service, had some issues initially as we use VOIP phones logging into the calls, however they appear to be resolved now, so possibly our provider has sorted this out.

Would recommend anyone to use.
