Hit and miss
I placed 2 orders: one is fine, one arrived damaged because of poor packaging. I have sent an e-mail with photos on the day of delivery, sent it again twice since, but have received no reply yet. To me, that is poor customer service. On the products, one is better than expected and one is low quality, not as nice as advertised.

The cake knife and server were shoddy in most aspects
The cake knife and server arrived in a cheap cardboard box with polystyrene for it to sit in. Impossible to give a gift like that. In addition the engraving was very very poor, hardly visible. In fact, the only thing that stood out was the "China" in big clear letters. Over-priced for such a shoddy gift

Serviette had been folded when printed, so many had distorted printing, sadly as they arrived only 3 days before the event it was too late the order replacements, so very disappointing, those that had been correctly printed were good.
