Downloaded a virus on my phone. Console clinic sorted it out straight away. Excellent service. Wouldn't except payment.

Console clinic done my computer perfectly I would definitely recommend them to anyone, fantastic service.
Not impressed at all...
I'll be as fair as a I can with this review and pass on the details of my experience. I dropped my PS4 Pro console off at the Wickford shop February 17th. All the terms were explained to me along with the 72 hour diagnosis period. 72 hours later I was contacted to be told there'd been an issue in the workshop and the diagnosis had been delayed. I didn't hear anything again until I contacted Console Clinic 3 weeks later on March 6th. I was told the diagnosis was still going on due to not being able to get hold of a part. I asked to be kept up to date. When the part finally came in I was contacted on March 13th to be told my apu was the problem. I was given a price for the fix and told it typically takes 24 hours and I'd be contacted. A week later, March 20th, I ended up calling Console Clinic again to be told the console had been running for 1.5 hours then died again and couldn't therefore be fixed. I finally collected my console on Saturday 25th.
I don't mind it couldn't be fixed at all. It happens. I do mind the communication was extremely poor and the overall service wasn't what I expected. Both the diagnosis and the fix period weren't met and I had to chase to get any kind of feedback. When I got the console back one of the rubber feet was missing and there was an overall burning smell from the console itself. I did open up the console once I got it back home and there was soot in the console itself. I know for a fact it wasn't there before as I've serviced the console myself. You could argue the soot was from the repair but it was over the cabling, metal motherboard shield and in other parts of the console.
The no fix no fee was honoured and I didn't have to pay for anything so that is a positive. The rest was just poor and disappointing. Not impressed and based on my experience I wouldn't use again.

Took my phone in for repair and a touch…
Took my phone in for repair and a touch screen fault was diagnosed. It turned out to be a broken connection so instead of an £89 bill I paid under £30 and was delighted. Also some unnecessary apps were taken off so my phone works much better. Brilliant
My son dropped his phone 12 and I had…
My son dropped his phone 12 and I had the screen replaced at the console clinic in Elm Park. Two weeks later he dropped it in about half of inch of water which leaked under the screen. I took it to the Apple Store at Stratford as the phone is only just over a year old, and the first thing they asked was if the screen had been replaced as the left corner wasn’t down properly and that’s how water had got under the screen. I spoke to James who advised me the screen is either on or off, so I took it back to the console clinic and they dried it out and then Face ID wasn’t working. I asked them to repair the Face ID. I collected the phone and was told that it had a small crack in the screen which they were going to replace as they caused it. I took it home as they said they need to order the screen.
My son came home from work and was going to put his sim in the phone and noticed at the top you could see under the screen which we videoed so it was time stamped. You can also feel the screen move slightly when you gently push the top of it like it’s sticking. I knew this wasn’t right and the screen wasn’t on properly. I know the phones not water proof and only resistant but I am now questioning if the guy from the Apple Store was right and this is why water got under the screen as the screen wasn’t on properly.
Had the screen replaced at no extra cost as they caused the damage but after spending £360.85 for a new screen, drying the phone out and repairing the Face ID and no offer of a refund for the damage caused to the phone due to screen not being on correctly the first time I doubt I will be going back there. Have used and recommended the console clinic many times but sadly no more.
Fair price, good job. Slow...
Can't complain about price or the job done those were very good, but very slow - 2 weeks for a simple fix.

Brilliant service as always from the Console Clinic.
Brilliant service as always from the Console Clinic. I bought a phone from them and Ben was great. He was so friendly, helpful & patient and is clearly extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tech issues. 100% recommend them.

I had an issue with my Mac book Pro which i hugely depend on for work so was not happy when it stopped working. Console clinic were very helpful from the start. I went straight in booked it in and had a diagnostic within a day. At first I decided not to get the repair done as was going to cut my losses and get a new one. After speaking with Apple I changed my mind and went back to console clinic. They fixed it within 24 hours and I went to pick it up. Looks as good as new and I’m very happy. The advice I was given in store by Ben and another guy (sorry didnt get your name) was super helpful you guys definitely know your stuff. Thank you again and I will definitely be back if I ever need more repairs. 😊
Happy with purchase
Bought a refurbished ps4 from this company and very happy so far with product. Good communication from the company and friendly customer service when I called with some queries prior to purchasing. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.
Total ripoff
I spilled tea on my laptop and trusted them to repair it for me, the first bill was £192 which was quite a lot but to be honest I didn't know to what extent it damaged my laptop, so I paid it and took it home to find out that my laptop doesn't have (or doesn't recognize) the battery and the speakers are not working (to get it out of the way - it was because of the drivers which is okay I guess but makes me question how they check your device before telling you can collect it). So of course I took it back to them for another check. In a few days I've got a call that my charger is not compatible (which is true, I was using it instead of a proper 240w temporarily because my old charger has broken; the thing is they didn't tell me a thing about it the first time) and apparently it's a special, very very expensive charger (sic!) which they don't even have so they have to order it for £100 before checking what's happened to the battery. Now go look up prices for 240w/19.5V/23A charger (quick hint - you can get the cheapest ones for £30-40) and try to process the possibility of it being so scarce they don't even have a spare one for testing (a.e. someone didn't bring a charger at all). Of course I refused to proceed and asked to take it back to find out that I have to pay £25 on top of that... if you didn't get it that's how much costs the hard burden of reinstalling the drivers they didn't bother to check in a first place and a failed attempt to scam me for even more money (to be honest I think they might've sneakily replaced the battery...). The guy at the counter made a very sad face telling that it's a separate case and apparently they told me about incompatible charger the first time (it was the same guy - or maybe his evil twin, I don't what would be the next fantastic story), so of course I had to pay it and made a comment about his lacking persuasion skills when he tried to get extra £60 off me. I guess I got some entertainment value back from his face after this but can't say it was worth extra £25 plus a battery replacement (plus whatever was hidden in the initial £192 which definitely was a premium price)
My advice to anyone wanting to use their services - avoid unless you want to pay ten times more and waste your time while they're coming up with hardly believable stories between your visits.
My advice to Console Clinic - be less greedy, or at least give your employees acting classes if you want to continue your dubious practices - they're terrible at telling lies.
Spot on saved me so much money
Spot on saved me so much money! Thought needed new speaker but just a clean thank you so much always come to console clinic
