Zero stars with a cherry on top!

Review Pertaining to Constellation Platinum ( Separate sister arm to the company)

Zero Stars with a cherry on top!

Join if you want to be needlessly subjugated to :

Being ignored
Being overlooked
Being disregarded
Being undervalued
minimal promotional prospects unless you are in the 'in crowd'
next to zero meritocracy levels evident
large levels of promotion by association vs talent/hard graft/ exertion / initiative
(ergo discrimination bias)
5. Minimal financial returns - wage is essentially what elite hospitality levels 10+ years ago were ( pre-macroeconomic meltdown era) and not nearly enough to comfortably live in the urban jungle.

6.Having all your accumulated hard graft and work profile kudos/momentum forgotten/discredited/overlooked when new booking managers join as they simply cannot be bothered to undertake essential due diligence in order to understand the lay of the land.

7. Having staff managers pick and choose when and which e-mail they deem appropriate to respond to resulting in a tragically low response rate.
(In my case the first contact of the new manager was not to say hello or to convey warm sentiments of ingratiation rather it was to offer critique.)

The net conclusion is simply you are better off escaping this absolute travesty and insult to your life and to seek solace in other entrepreneurial avenues that will deliver the results you DESERVE.

A waste of time for job seeking…

A waste of time for job seeking individuals. I applied for a job about a month ago and was contacted to go through the training onboarding/induction process which lasted for an hour. I did the training all through the night and uploaded all the documents they asked of me even my personal details. During the online induction, the call dropped and I tried to reach out to them on countless occasions all to no avail. No one has had the decency of reaching out to me to give me an update after going through all the stress of training and induction and assuring us of our role. No one responded to the countless mails I sent. The contact number provided never works and the recruitment team just don’t care about the stress they put you through or respect you enough to give a response after making me burn energy and time going through the whole process. Why make people go through your induction process if you’d not go through with it? The worst company I’ve ever applied to
