Health and safety are two of the most important things to account for within a workplace. Nowadays, even the most qualified and well-trained professionals are not aware of health & safety protocols or procedures when working. A possible solution? Complete one of our Health and Safety Courses in order to get a certification and promote safety and reduce risk.
A certification from a health and safety course acts as proof that those who wish to work in any industry, whether that’s on a construction site or in an office space, have been properly trained in the health and safety of their respective work environment and hold industry recognised qualifications. Ultimately, taking a health and safety course ensures that working individuals are suitably trained and qualified for the job.

My experience with the course was great once mr. Jamie Hampshire got involved. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and quick responses. I recommend him as an assessor to everyone who is ready to start the course!!!

Multiple negative experiences.
I was originally told the wrong test centre which nearly caused me to miss the test.
I had my 2nd test cancelled due to technical errors, was told i would be contacted to rebook my test when the server was working, i was never contacted and called myself and got the test booked.
I am now awaiting my green cscs card i have been told 4 different time frames of when it will be delivered and all have passed.
i am now being told the card is being processed and will take up to next week even though i was told the card would be delivered on 4 separate dates.

Lives have been negatively impacted by the CEO Umer Mansoor not paying bills or wages. Candidates gave up valuable time and left frustrated and angry as did the trainers and assessors. I and others are persuing legal routes to close this down to save others from its harmful practices
Avoid this company at all costs, SCAM.
They will take your money with no intention of issuing a card

They are a sponsorship company that brings people from India to scam others in the UK. They will keep calling you until they get what they want — your money and your time. After that, they disappear and even make fun of you. They are not genuine and sell things they cannot deliver. I wish I had read a review like this before buying their courses.
If you are planning to buy a course in construction, always check the official CSCS website for trusted training partners.

STAY AWAY⚠️!!!
I worked for them looking for my first job in the marketing industry back in 2024 as I was super passionate to get into this industry just after I left college at 17 years old.
They paid me late majority of the months.
And on my second final paycheck and last month working for them, they paid me nearly 1 month LATE - and gave me little to know communication the whole time - an extremely stressful time as you can imagine especially when no one is telling me when I will get paid.
They had one more paycheck the following month and after all of the hassle, paid me my final but nearly 1 week late.
They claimed that they weren’t paying me because I hadn’t returned a work laptop (but they never gave me the collection label for weeks) and I was always compliant and happy to return the laptop - also not paying an employee nearly 1 month late because they haven’t recieved a work laptop is ILLEGAL. Very illegal.
Absolutely frustrating. Poor, communication. Waste of money!

Review of NVQ Level 5 Construction Management with Construction Helpline
This is both a review and a heads-up for anyone thinking of doing this course — hopefully it helps someone.
I completed a government-funded NVQ Level 5 Construction Management course with Construction Helpline. The setup was meant to be straightforward: two months of evening classes, then complete written questions and upload evidence for your portfolio to achieve the qualification.
From the start, however, things felt disorganised. There was confusion about whether the NVQ was Level 5 or Level 6 — staff gave different answers, the documents didn’t match, and even the tutor wasn’t sure. As students, we had very little information about what to expect, which didn’t inspire confidence.
The evening lessons themselves were good — our tutor was friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Honestly, that was the only reason I gave this course even two star. But once the lessons ended, things quickly went downhill.
We were supposed to be assigned an assessor before the course finished, but months went by without one. No dates, no updates, and most of the time emails or calls went unanswered. This lack of communication became a theme throughout the course. We had been promised “constant support,” but in reality, we were left on our own to figure out the questions and evidence requirements.
When assessors were finally assigned, communication remained poor. Uploaded work often went unmarked for weeks. In our student group chat, nobody was hearing back, and progress stalled. It wasn’t until I repeatedly chased that I finally received an evidence list — something that should have been provided right at the beginning. By then, months had already been wasted.
The only way I managed to complete the qualification was through my own persistence and independent research online. Support from the provider was minimal at best, and non-existent at worst. to my knowledge, out of a group of around 30 students, only two of us managed to complete the NVQ, which says a lot. To make matters worse, they even changed our assessor mid-course without telling us who the new one was.
After passing, I ordered my black CSCS card through Construction Helpline. The confirmation said 7 days, but after waiting 2 months, I chased them and was told it would actually take 8 weeks. In reality, it took 4 months before the card was even ordered. Despite me confirming my new address multiple times, they still sent it to the wrong one, so the card was lost and I ended up paying for a replacement myself. At that point, I couldn’t face another round of chasing them for months on end.
In short:
If you want the qualification for free, this company can provide it.
Don’t expect support — you’ll need to rely on your own research.
Be prepared to chase constantly to get your work marked.
Consider ordering your CSCS card yourself, rather than relying on them.
Normally, I wouldn’t complain about something that’s free, but this course was government-funded, so the company was paid. With that in mind, the lack of organisation, communication, and support was unacceptable.
Good luck to anyone considering it — just go in with realistic expectations.

For the last 3 employees who we have needed to obtain CSCS cards we have had issues.
Staff pass the test, they have correct Level 1 H&S, all forms are completed and money paid, but they do not process the cards. Several phone calls and weeks pass and still nothing and staff are not able to get on site as the paper certificate telling them they have passed is only valid for 28 days. Everyone you speak to on the phone just says sorry but still doesn’t do anything. Totally unacceptable and not fulfilling what they are charging you for. Find another company!!!
