I had an excellent experience working with this car broker from start to finish. Ursula Fox made what is usually a stressful and time-consuming process feel smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable.

From the very first conversation, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in finding the right solution. She took the time to understand my needs, preferences.

What really stood out was their transparency and honesty. Every detail about the vehicle, and process was clearly explained, with no pressure or hidden surprises. Ursula Fox handled all the negotiations and paperwork efficiently, saving me a huge amount of time and hassle.

Communication was excellent throughout, I was kept informed at every step, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. When it came to delivery, everything was exactly as promised, and the car was in perfect condition.

Extremely Positive experience from the sales to administration side. Both Dan Jarvis and Myron Fernandes have been transparent and patient with regards to my questions. No forced sale and kept me informed throughout. If there is any room for improvement it would be with pricing. I was quoted a price and it tipped over to next month and pricing changed- can understand this may be out of their control but would have been nice to honour original pricing. Other than this so far 5 stars. Thanks.

Great experience with these guys, very helpful

Ordered a car from contract cars . It listed the car was in stock and delivery time 2-3 weeks .
Now 4 weeks later they can't even give me a date . Apparently its " at the port !" Im now having to hire a car

The process was seem less, good communication and Olly got me a fantastic monthly lease price for a great spec car. The car arrived as arranged, looks fantastic, great to drive and we will enjoy driving it for the duration of this lease.
