Awful. Constantly missing deadlines, lying about progress . DO NOT USE! They have made no progress ony sale for 2 months

We were first time buyers and Jess Day was very professional and patient with us. She explained all the details we needed to know, answered our questions promptly and guided us throughout the process. My partner and I would highly recommend using conveyancing Direct as your solicitors.

I’ve not moved house in 27 years so was a little apprehensive when an on line conveyancing company was suggested. As it turned out it was all very simple and easy to do. Emily Briers is simply fantastic and did a wonderful job of navigating us through the process of buying our property. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, remained in contact throughout to handle any questions and keep us informed.

They have delayed everything and have lied to us through ails about what they have and haven’t done. Avoid.

We moved back in August after having a house sale fall through in February. Harry Haddock dealt with us and it was a stressful period apart from one hiccup with our land registry we had no issues and I badgered him daily, poor guy. We managed to complete with a chain of seven in nine weeks.
