I have made an order and for some reason they haven’t received it, but they have still taken the money out of my account. I have tried emailing them and I have also messaged them on several other platforms with no response it’s been several days now.

Beautiful quality shoes that look good and are extremely comfortable. Perfect service too!

I've bought two pairs and love them. About to buy 2 more. Comfiest shoes I own.

Shoes are poor quality and too small. I normally wear 9 1/2 wide so I ordered 10. I could barely get the right one on but the left I never could get on. Too small.

Awesome 😎 I initially bought a size too big but Sophie and the team at Conzuri were on the ball helping me get the correct size. Honestly couldn't have been any nicer if they tried. The runners are brilliant!! I feel like I'm 10ft tall in them and feel so much more confident, comfortable and content. They seriously have put a spring in my step. Been the best Christmas present to me! Love the shoes. Feel so confident and walk taller in them. Incredibly comfy and water resistant. Couldn't be happier and going to order another pair! Plus the team at conzuri are fantastic and so hardworking. They helped me out with quick and attentive service. Honestly the nicest folks and brilliant at what they do with fantastic products. Highly recommend them to my vertically challenged friends!!

My experience was great and the customer Service was really good they answered quick.

My son ordered some trainers and wants a refund sent emails and messages on Instagram with no reply sent more emails finally got a reply sent all the photos and information they needed and that was the last contact we have had with them even after sending more emails from our side still no response.

The support team at Conzuri was very accommodating and responded quickly to my inquiry. They resolved the order efficiently, which I really appreciated.

There were a few hiccups along the way, but I was in contact with the customer care team and they were incredibly attentive and helpful. They ensured I got exactly what I needed and made the whole experience much more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Still haven't received my package. It's been a month

SCAM nothing shipped

It has been a month since I ordered and still no shoes. Customer service seems like it might be a bot because responses are generic. Zero ability to resolve issue. Charged my card day of order and still no product. Looks like might have to dispute via my credit card company. Very poor business practices.

I bought the Midnight Runners just over a year ago:

It was initially great, but after a while of consistent use, it essentially completely broke down. Holes in the shoe and busted heel support so no longer usable.

My expectation would be for these trainers to last a lot longer than this.

I won't be buying from Conzuri again. I'd investigate alternative brands for height adding trainers.

The description matches the product. Conzuri provides high quality and match the functionality that I need. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The customer service is excellent which is extra bonus!

Great product and even greater customer service. Had an issue with the insole and Vanessa from customer service was able to issue a replacement.

Had an issue with the delivery but Conzuri was very communicative and sent a replacement order ASAP. Ruby from customer service was awesome. Great service and products, I recommend.

They took a little bit longer than expected to come but I’d day there worth the wait , they are extremely comfy and loves the style especially with the height boost , customer services are very good with very quick responses and always helpful

Terrible cheap shoes from china, with height boosting insoles in them. AVOID better of being quality shoes and putting insoles in them yourself. LONG delivery times and fake reviews. AVOID

The shoes look and design is incredible. Even though there is 2.4" lift, it is well incorporated in the shoe design.

My only complaint is my first order has not arrived yet, but my second has. I is well worth the wait though.

Easy website. Got a quality product before Christmas, and it definitely boosted me by the claimed amount. Love this product, can't wait to wear it out.
