Bought some tan boots - they look nice and do indeed lift you up (they feel like high heels so I actually changed the insoles to flat, but thats a personal thing).

What has compelled me to leave a bad review is that the stitching on the right boot came out and the heel has fallen apart. They're clearly cheaply made. I work from home but do walk every day.

Would have been 1 star but Ill give them the credit of answering my query about this, and also the boots do actually look alright and do what they say. Shame about the quality - the left boot is fine, so perhaps I got unlucky

Have bought a handful of these shoes and very happy with them!

My third pair of shoes from here , so far so good.

I recently returned a pair of shoes and was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. The return process was clearly explained with step-by-step instructions, which made everything easy and stress-free.

What really stood out was the communication — I was kept up to date via email at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. It’s rare to come across such responsive and thoughtful customer service.

Poor returns policy.
You pay for the shipping and the return shipping and the protection if you purchased it. Also the shoes made less than an inch difference. Therefore not fit for purpose and misleading in what I was sold. (2.5”)
AND they still charged me to send it to me and to return it to them. They are out NO MONEY and I am for trying their poor product.

shoes are great quality

Overall responsive service. Prices could be a bit cheaper and there could be better materials used, but the shoes overall are perfect for intended use and also do have stylish designs.

Customer Care and service was amazing. I ordered my trainers and hoped they would arrive in time for my vacation as I ordered relatively late and I contacted customer support who helped me and I got them today four days before my departure date so I’m really over the moon and the trainers are gorgeous.

I am an active male, I enjoy the beach for surfing. I am concerned to bring my date to the beach and need to remove my shoes therefore losing any height gained from the shoes.
What do you advise?

SO CUTE but size down! I love the sneakers but I wish I had gotten a half size smaller as they are a bit too roomy. I see that the brand accepts size exchanges but I haven’t tried yet/not sure if I am within the time frame for exchanges (it took me a bit to try them as I was traveling for work). Really cute shoes though! Love the lift.

Customer support was great, fast & accurate, thanks CLOE, shoes is perfect too... love it!

Scammers

The moment you try to return a product, they refuse to refund you, no matter that the carrier has confirmed it was delivered. And to make the situation worse, you could end up spending a ridiculous amount just to send it back.

BEWARE This is a scam. They have probably hired fake review to boost the ratings. I gave place an order but never received it. This is now the 5th day and no confirmation the product has been shipped nor any sight of my purchase.

These shoes are so cheap. DO NOT BUY. You are better off finding high shoes on Amazon. The shoe quality looks like it was made for under 10 USD. Not worth the 100 USD + they are charging. When asking for a return address, they refuse to give one unless I send them pictures of the shoes.

Terrible company to deal with.

The products are top of the top, really usefull and addicting. However it's a journey for the bought products to get to me if they ever get to me. Client support is nice but conzuri's delivery system is awful.
