Great communication and quick to solve…
Great communication and quick to solve issues, and I'm using the free account yet. Over and above expectations. Highly recommend!
They were the best. Until now... Beware
If you are a developer, Cookie Yes were super good for the GDPR Cookie acceptance.
You could add a load of accounts that had low traffic, setup the cookie confirmation easily, and job done. Nice.
Then one day, we added another, and it said you can't add more than one per account. We had many. Turns out, they have now stopped you adding more than one per account. So if you are a developer, and you have site after site, this company CANNOT do it.
The way around it is to create an email account for each account, possibly with a web forwarder, and then add the domain to that account. But why make it so difficult for developers suddenly? How is this of any benefit when this is how they will do it. So now, rather than just Add Domain, go through the motions and done - they force you into creating an email account, setup new account,go through all of that, and then add the domain.
Bad bad customer experience.
Shame on them for doing this. They were they go-to place for developers to do this. Now they have made it around 4 times more difficult.
Is there another out there than does it they way they did, before management decided "let's make this super complicated now for all developers... they will love it".
No we won't. Stupid idea.
Edit - Cookie Yes replied.
So you have an account, you have maybe 10-15 domains on it, and you want to add another.
You can't. NOW they slap on a charge.
It use to be that you were charged if your page view went over a certain amount.
Now... you are charge no matter how many there are. You want more than one, you are charged.
I repeat: it's a stupid idea. Bad bad form.
