When I faced an issue with an unexpected annual subscription renewal, their support team (specifically Claire) went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. Despite having a clear policy regarding auto-renewals, they reviewed my case individually and made an exception to process a full refund.

This message is made in such an aggressive and somewhat ambiguous way that it looks as if they were going to somehow delete your site, not from their account, but for good. And I think it's made on purpose.

I was having a issue getting my cookie policy page to show up on my website. It was my own fault and when I reached out to their tech support, they gave me very easy to understand directions on how to make it work in less then a hour. It took me less then 30 seconds and I was finished.
