I recently ordered a refrigerator with installation. However, installation was not carried out and I was promised refund the money I paid for it. After almost a month there is no refund yet. Customer service is not easily reachable, it takes ages on the phone. Once I succeeded to reach them, there was an apology and promise for quicky reaction but still no refund after 10 days.
Moreover, my order is also delivered later than promised and there was no clear communication about it. Although Coolblue sends emails about the delivery updates, obviously they don't work perfectly.
All in all, I'll be careful before making an offer from Coolblue next time.

Cool Blue NOT so cool!!!
I spent 2 hours with a Cool Blue specialist, Lars in Breda and the 2 stars has no reflection on him, whatsoever. Lars was very knowledgeable, answered every question I had, gave alternative recommendations, and I rate his service 5 stars.
The company, however, thinks it's no big deal losing a customer or cares to show appreciation for their business. After listing all the items I needed, the total invoice came to about €5000. When I asked about what Cool Blue can do for me on the total, Lars had to go into the office, to only come back to tell me they'll take off €50!!!!!
Cool Blue, you sure know how to insult a person, and that's NOT Cool.

Frustrating customer service and delivery mismanagement
This is not about the customer service executive but the coolblue service.
Some blunder happened with my order and it's been a week it haven't reached me.
And the most frustrating thing is that when I call coolblue it take 20-30 minutes to age someone to talk to.
I GOT CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS which are more than 50€ now without being my fault !!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery was so fast. I am happy with Cool blue service.
Billed me 3x times with no reason, doesn't pick up the phone.
Billed me for months without me having an subscription.
The FAQ online doesn't cover this case.
The chatbot doesn't either, because there is no invoice or nothing online, just money leaving my bank account every month.
Can't speak with anyone online, via phone I waited more than TWENTY MINUTES listening to their music until the call went mute, after another FIVE minutes I cancelled the call.

I had a delivery on a Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30, and it was 12:30, and they hadn't arrived. I called customer service. After 30 minutes, they told me the car hadn't left because the driver hadn't shown up. My problem is that if I don't call, I'll be left waiting all day without any information.
