Deceptive sales

You started a new and much steeper sale immediately after one sale and declined to do price adjustments on the order I placed from the first sale. I find this type of marketing strategy to be deceptive. There was another brand Driftwood that did the same thing, I will never shop from them again. I also have no inclination to return to your store.

Trapped in a $24 shipping loop just to exchange a siz

Do not buy from Coolibar unless you are 100% certain of your size, because their exchange policy is a complete rip-off. I ordered a jacket in a size Small, but it arrived running way too large.When I tried to exchange it for an X-Small, I discovered that Coolibar does not do direct exchanges. Instead, they force you into a three-step shipping trap. I already paid $7.95 for the initial shipping. Now, to get the right size, I am forced to pay another $7.95 handling fee to return the large item, plus a third $7.95 shipping fee to order the smaller size.That is nearly $24 in shipping costs just to get a jacket that fits. Almost every other online clothing retailer provides free exchanges for different sizes. Coolibar’s policy is exploitative and outdated. To make matters worse, they refused to publish this feedback on their own website. Buyer beware.

The size thing is wrong.The product quality has gone down

The sizing on the products that I have bought from this company in the past 3 months, has been way off and I always felt that I was going to get a good quality product.But in addition to being poorly sized, the waistband's roll down.So the quality of the construction has changed as well. Customer Service is unreachable

I placed an order on Sunday, May 17th, to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. As I have an upcoming trip, I paid for 2nd-day air express shipping for an extra $15.

Per Coolibar's shipping policy, my order should have shipped out the next business day (Monday) and should be arriving today (Wednesday). However, the tracking number they sent me is not a valid UPS tracking number and returns an error message every time I try to enter it.

I reached out to Coolibar about this Monday, and was told my wait time was "greater than 15 minutes". It is now Wedneday, we are approaching the 72 hour mark, I have reached out 4-5 more times via chat and email, and nobody has gotten back to me.

Because of their error and refusal to communicate, I have no idea if my package is even on the way. At this point, I will have to do a delivery hold with UPS due to your logistical errors. So I reached out again requesting that the $15 expedited shipping be refunded since you did not deliver that service, and a delivery hold with UPS costs $10, you should refund me the shipping cost to now cover the cost of the hold that you caused me to have to schedule.

I still received no reply. So now I am resorting to leaving this review because maybe when there is a public record of how poorly you have handled this case, it will suddenly become important for you to address this.

As I stated in my many messages to you, if I do not receive a refund of the $15 and a reply from your team today, I will be filing a partial chargeback with my bank to cover the cost, and I will be looking into filing a complaint as well.

***UPDATE*** My clothing was just delivered...via FedEx. So you did send me incorrect shipping information, because the link you sent me was for UPS. I did not search UPS.com and then type in the tracking number; all I did was click the link in your email. So this was 100% NOT user error. As further evidence of this, the selected shipping method on your website clearly stated UPS.

My one-star review remains because this entire debacle was completely unexcusable. You sent me incorrect tracking information and then ignored repeated requests for clarification over a period of 3 days.

Sizing could be better

Sizing could be better. Returns could be better. Especially when you have never tried their swim suits or clothing. I have learned by having to keep some items because I bought on sale ans they would not return. I feel the sizing could be better.

Good if there's no issues

Ordered around £300 worth of clothing. It's all good quality, but the only disappointing part is that shipping took a long time. It was supposed to ship next day and arrive after 3-4 days, but ended up not shipping for over a week and then took a bit longer after that to arrive. I emailed and didn't get any response, I also stayed on the line with their customer service for 1 hour and didn't get a response. Overall - the products are good if they arrive, but if you have any issues with your order I wouldn't expect the company to respond/resolve it.

HORRIBLE, FILTHY, DIRTY PACKAGES DELIVERY SERVICE BY UPS

PRODUCTS SEEM TO BE REALLY GOOD BUT MY PACKAGES ARRIVED SO FILTHY AND DIRTY I COULD NOT BRING THEM INTO THE HOUSE. I WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN UNTIL OR IF EVER THEY SHIP FED EXPRESS. UPS PACKAGE HANDLING LACKS ALOT TO BE DESIRED. THE PACKAGES WERE NOT JUST FILTHY AND DIRTY THEY WERE DISGUSTING.

Items didn’t turn up and then order was cancelled

Placed an order here in UK for 4 items. Paid express delivery. Nothing arrived in 9 days so I sent an email. Then out of the blue receive an automated/ AI email
Saying the “because this is a global order we are unable to replace this item”….makes no sense. I’m then told
My order has been cancelled and refunded. How pathetic. An on line clothes company who are unable to process an order. Plenty of alternatives out there so don’t bother with this lot. They are pathetic

I’m very thankful for the style and…

I’m very thankful for the style and ingenuity Coolibar has created for people like me who can’t have sun exposure, yet still want to be active outdoors. I have lupus and skin cancer so I have to be extremely cautious in the sun. I’m a hiker, swimmer and kayaker. Coolibar’s clothing and accessories help me to continue to get out there and still enjoy these activities.

Good fabric, pockets, and hood.

Great lightweight fabric with a little stretch. Good size pockets and the hood is shaped so that it fits nicely so wind can’t pull at it but it leaves room around the face and ears.
