Sent them two of my Game Boy games to replace the batteries. They were very polite and sent several photos of proof that they had replaced the batteries. The games returned spotless in a secure package and with detailed info and tracking on the parcel in case the package should get lost.

Awesome service, I used Cool Spot Gaming to replace the batteries for some gameboy cartridges I’ve owed since I was a kid. Two of them had save files that I didn’t want to lose and so I paid the additional fee for the backup service which is so great, for the peace of mind to know my games will last another 20+ years because of this…you can’t really put a price on it.
Communication was excellent and friendly, and the turnaround time was amazing, plus I was kept informed the whole time. Very happy customer here! I’ll highly recommend Cool Spot Gaming to anyone who’ll listen to me talk about how good I am at Mario games, and about weird trivia about Donkey Kong for the GameBoy without their eyes glazing over.

I emailed explaining that my copy was a fake, they quickly responded asking for more information. After I provided it they let me know the battery may be a but tricky but they would do their best. They were very friendly and polite in correspondence.
And they fixed it! Repaired it quickly, sent it back working and with a free Sweetie.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience buying a custom Gameboy Advance with this company.

It was well built, plays amazing, and priced competitively! Their designs are incredible and a lot better than some tackier ones by other shops.

I added a note to my order as I was hoping to switch out my buttons for a different colour and they did this for me.
