Customer service was very friendly and responded quickly. My order was showing in transit for about a month. i worked with Avril who was friendly, professional, respectful of my situation, and worked with me until I finally received my order. I was hesitant to order as I found them on Facebook and have not had luck before. I received my product and it is beautifully made. This makes a wonderful gift for any wine lover and I will be ordering more for my friends and family.

There was a slight hiccup with my holiday order, but the service was fantastic and everything turned out fine. Lovely people to deal with.
The travel glasses are great. When we are away from home we can enjoy drinks in fine glass, rather than whatever chunky glass or plastic items hotels might provide. The cases for the glasses are great. I did break glass, but that was cleaning them after a trip - my bad. I was able to order replacements, and am back in action.
