Sy was FANTASTIC to us. He helped us saved a lot of money and in return got us a better copier than we originally wanted.
They made the whole experience of working with them super easy, there was no pressure to purchase anything from them. I had originally went on their website and ordered a copier, Sy called us and asked us what we were using the copier for and what our actual needs were. He was then able to get us a better copier and a very nice discount, so we actually saved money and got a better copier. Great top of the line customer service. I highly recommend CopyFaxes for all your copier and printer needs !!!!

Good service and good price. Replaced several broken printers with their refurbished printers, saves a lot of money and the printers work great. Good and friendly customer service, will continue to do business with them.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a personal copier that came without trays. This was mentioned in the description so that was on me. However, I was told I could order the paper tray only so I did. I received it and the copy tray. I did not want the copy tray, besides which, it was broken. I requested a refund for the copy tray and said I would send it back. I received a message to return both trays for a full refund. I gave up.
This company does not send Emails keeping you up to date. They don't even acknowledge the receipt of your order. You have to keep asking.
The equipment may be okay, but I don't think the hasslel is worth it.

Was able to find a scanner from Copy Faxes that was back ordered everywhere else, and the friendly personalized service from Sy was the icing on the cake.

The printer is just what we wanted, but the customer service is just incredible. Not your standard internet sale, but working with real people who know what they are talking about and have the customer in mind. We will use them for all of our printer purchases in the future. Cannot rate them high enough!

Talk about customer service! I ordered my printer and a duplexer, right away Sy gave me a call and let me know some issues that I had made with my order. He got me all fixed up in a matter of minutes! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for the products that they sell!

I was very happy with the customer service, including a phone call verifying some details of the purchase. The printer is as-described and was very well-packaged. Delivery took a little longer than i'd hoped, but given that I purchased it at the height of the COVID crisis, this is to be expected. I would recommend Copyfaxes or buy from them again.

I ordered a Plustek OpticFilm 8200i SE from Copyfax.com. There advertisement said no tax, free shipping. After I placed the order I received a call from Sy initially asking for me to call and verify the order. When I called he said I still owed them $28 and change for shipping. I told him (Sent Him a Copy) the ad and process both indicated free shipping and I wasn't going to have them bait and then change the deal. They wouldn't budge so I said I wanted to cancel the order. He agreed and said it would take 5 business days to before they refund my money.... Not happy! Called Paypal to tell them it was a dishonest company and they are helping me make sure things get cancelled and refunded.

In order a printer from these frauds. Did not receive printer or a return phone call. Do not use this fraUdulent website. Three day in a row calling with no response. Sy Rayan is a crook.
