great job by Sy. I ordered the wrong type of printer. old style with parallel port. rather than send it out and say sorry charlie, he called me up and made sure i ordered the right one. of course i hadnt and guess what? the correct one was cheaper. great customer service. thanks.

I found a laser color printer/fax on their websit3 for less that $220.00. It was refurbished, but I received it in 5 days in like new condition, and it worked perfectly!!

I purchased a printer and it wasn't printing correct with the cartridges. I contacted Copyfaxes and we worked together to figure out the possibilities of the issue. Undetermined of the cause Copyfaxes replaced the printer and sent me another one. Customer services response to my issues was quick and they sent me another printer. Thanks Kevin for all your efforts!

The refurbished printer works great. Price was reasonable. Refurbished has internal parts replaced, where a reconditioned printer does not. Sy helped me find the printer that I needed.

After reading a lengthy list of positive reviews for this company, I decided to place an order for a refurbished HP Laserjet that is compatible with my older Mac OS. Sy and his support team lived up to the glowing reviews. After some initial issues with a faulty toner cartridge and an unusual loud noise on startup, I was sent another cartridge and Scott from their tech team went to great lengths to talk me through the mystery vibration, which turned out to be a minor adjustment to the exit door in the back. The printer is up and running with my system and I am satisfied with my choice. The positive reviews were well founded!

Bought a rebuilt HP
Arrived and did not work out of the box (printing only blank pages). It took quite some time (7-10days) to get the Technical folks to contact me despite several emails. Ultimately determined the unit was defective. They shipped another and it worked beautifully.
All is well that ends well.

Picture not accurate.

Ordered a printer and paid $500 dollars in shipping for a printer that didn't have the base. In fairly small print, the website says that the picture may be inaccurate, but at no point in the purchasing process was that explained well. Will not be buying from them again.
