The door was well fitted and the installers were tidy.
We had to ring Coral to remind them about our survey appointment. Also we did not receive a ring the day before installation abput if it would be am or pm and had to ring to find out.

Excellent service from all the team
From first contact and visit from salesman to final installation, each member of the team listened to what we wanted and did their best to help. All were experienced and well informed about their products. The installers worked well even on a day of wind and rain, and took time to ask us how we wanted different areas finished. We have used Coral four times now because their products are excellent and their staff give unbeatable service.

The experience was very informative
The experience was very informative. Keith, the salesman, was great. He explained everything so clearly and was always on hand to answer all my queries. The man who came to measure up must have been really good at his job, as all windows fitted perfectly with no snags occurring, and the fitters were very respectful of my property. They were clean and tiny and just got on with the job. I love my new windows

Satisfied customer …
Started with the salesperson not giving us what we wanted and not listening to our requirements. All was amended with our order after Phil the surveyor made suggestions of the requirements we had asked for. We would also like to thank Simon who was excellent in solving our concerns and sorting out what we wanted. The installation went well with the fitters who sadly we didn’t get the names of. We are sure you will know who we mean. All in all we are very pleased with the out come and installation of our windows. Thanks to all concerned Mr & Mrs D Hodge.

The guys that fitted the windows were great, no complaints there. However, I found the windows a little disappointing as I live on a busy road and wanted windows that would reduce the noise. I didn’t get this hence my 3star review.

Our windows are rated highly for their noise reduction, the issue as with all modern windows will be the sound that comes from the trickle vents, which unfortunately are mandated by the government and outside of coral or any other installers control. We have recently had some of our original wooden soffits on our gable roof ends removed and replaced with UPVC by Coral Windows. At the same time we had roof tiles capped. The job was undertaken by Andy and Aaron who did an excellent job despite having to contend with challenging weather conditions. They were a great team and we highly recommend them.

Great company
Great company, they sorted out my set of 5 double glazed windows without any major issues and no damage was caused to the house whilst they fitted the window frames. The delivery of the window glass itself was delayed by about an hour, although the workmen waited at my house for the delivery until the job was 100% complete. 10/10 would recommend.

The whole process from getting a quote to fitting was handled really well, the fitting team did an excellent job and left everything tidy.
The windows look great, and make a massive difference to the house, we had all the ones in the back of the house done and we're looking forward to getting the front Windows done next year
