Prompt and proper
The work was carried out promptly and to specification despite the weather being very cold and windy. Mess was cleaned up, some muddy prints were left, but nothing a quick mop couldn't resolve.

Replacement French Doors
Dan and Liam were great, replaced my French doors, tidied up etc in 2 hours. Explained everything. They've done a brilliant job, I now have lovely new French doors with no draughts etc. Definitely reccomend Coral.

Coral windows are absolutely brilliant and the workman ship is second to none. Had new windows and door fitted and amazing. Dave the salesman was a true gent very helpful and nice and the lads who fitted them very professional and attention to detail was amazing and would highly recommend 10/10

Conservatory Base
The conservatory is excellent BUT the base work diabolical, no hardcore, decent insulation and very poor concrete surface - not smooth, not level and damp penetration. VERY disappointed and communication non existent. Base not built to specification.

Good Morning, all I can say is every part of this review is misleading, the customer has complained to an independent body and has been explained numerous times the conservatory is built to the specification it is designed to based on its size, make up and to regulations and still chooses to deny this and now leaves a negative review. The customer didn't pay for a floor prepared for laminate flooring then expected a different finish to what was on the contract, which we still then did as a gesture of goodwill. Customer has had constant communication from all levels of the business right up to director level and there is no damp from the work done, which again has been demonstrated to the customer.
We accept sometimes there are snagging issues in construction projects and we always put these right to ensure that we can manage our industry leading warranty periods, and why we don't take any payments up front or any deposits like every other construction or home improvements company, because we are confident every customer will get what they paid for.
Superb professional job, looks incredible.
The guys from Coral have just replaced my soffits, gutters, verges and downpipes. The work was completed in the quoted time even though the weather conditions were not great. They cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end of the project our house looks amazing and we are really pleased. Couldn`t recommend them highly enough.

Good products but bad customer service
I recently had Coral Windows install new doors at my property. While the quality of the doors themselves is good, the overall experience was quite disappointing.
Firstly, the installers left a considerable mess behind. They blamed the bad weather for not being able to clean up properly, but the rain certainly didn’t wash away the dirt they left. It felt as though they simply didn’t bother to clean or show respect for the condition of someone else’s home. For a company of this size, I expected a far more professional approach.
Secondly, their pricing method was unusual. When I mentioned receiving a better offer elsewhere, the price was suddenly reduced without hesitation. It made the initial quote feel inflated and left me questioning the transparency of their pricing.
The only positive part of the experience was dealing with Zak over the phone. He was consistently helpful, communicated clearly, and was the one person who seemed genuinely committed to providing good service. Thank you, Zak, for being the standout in an otherwise frustrating process.
Overall, while the product quality is good, the lack of professionalism and transparency means I would hesitate to recommend Coral Windows.

Good Morning, we are sorry you felt that the service provided by Coral was not what you were expecting, but we feel having listened to the calls and having reviewed all images this is an extremely harsh review.
With regard to pricing, we feel you are upset about us honouring one of our USPs which is our lowest price guarantee. We feel that our pricing is very competitive for the quality we offer, however when a customer gets a genuine like for like quote we will guarantee to beat that price, even if some companies are offering very low prices at that time. Perhaps we have not explained this well enough at the time and we apologise for that.
When reviewing the fitting experience the weather on the day was extremely bad, some cement dust from mortar has run in the rain, which is hard to see when wet and it had pooled slightly in one area. When it had dried out you sent an email and informed us of this and we immediately called and offered to send the fitters back out to clean it straight away. I am unsure what more we can do in this situation, we are doing construction which can make some mess and we always endeavour to clean up as best we can and if our customers are unhappy with that we pride ourselves on the fact we will come back and rectify the issues.
We are obviously very happy that you had a positive experience with Zak.

Had my door fitted about 5 years ago service was very good and the door is beautiful I’ve had a few problems the door leaks at the bottom had the maintenance team out several times but the problem wasn’t solved it was getting worse John came out last week and did a thorough job we’ve had lots of rain since and no leaks perfect Thankyou

Totally dissatisfied
We got a start date of 14th August but no one turned up. Nobody contacted us . Tried ringing and got a call back to say it would be Monday 18th August. Turned up 18th and 19th . Old conservatory taken down and then no one turned up Wednesday 20th again no one rang so had to chase up what was going on. Eventually they came Monday 25th August. After that the major problems started. The quality of the plastering was horrendous. When we complained they sent the same person back to rub it down patch it up. Not good enough so a manager came who tried to defend it ! They then sent a plasterer who realised straight away what needed to be done. The manager also didn’t want to put the skirting boards all around the room and wanted to leave a mismatch!! We were told full balance to be paid on completion yet we were hounded for an interim payment !! It took over 2 months !!! The only good thing is we got what we wanted in the end
Your notes and the ones I made after each phone call and visit obviously differ.

We have looked through the notes on our system, and while we can see there were some delays and also some confusion around the skirting boards, we can see that some of this was outside our control. However, we would definitely like to understand this in more detail as to how we can improve our service moving forward. A member of our management team will be in touch over the next few days.
Edit - after a full review including listening to calls of this and attempting to contact you to discuss further I think this review is more than a little harsh. The builder originally on site, hurt himself while moving some materials on your property and as such could not come for the next few days, this is outside of our control and once healed he returned the following Monday. With regard to the plastering having reviewed the communications, we cannot see anywhere that this was defended, the manager came out and while on that visit ordered for an alternative plasterer. Finally with regard to the skirting board, this was discussed with your husband while on site, the reason they don't match is because the room your conservatory opens into does not match the conservatory, which is normal and we left you with skirting to attach purely on the wrap around which was discussed and agreed with your husband. As soon as you said you wanted this rectified we came and did it for you. It is worth noting having reviewed the communications with regard to the length of time the construction took, we tried to accelerate this whole process numerous times, but were unable to do so, due to you being unavailable.

Great product, service was excellent from quote to installation. The installers left everything clean and tidy, and really pleased with the quality and result.
