Had 2 bedroom windows fitted, lads arrived right on time, were very polite and got straight on with the job. Apart from a bit of drilling, they were amazingly quiet we didn't know they were here! Job was very quick, no mess and everything perfect. Would definitely honestly recommend Coral for all your glazing needs. 5 stars all day guys, big thanks.

From sales to top of company is drastic…
From sales to top of company is drastic was miss sold on ral colour of door and smart windows as you apparently have to buy the hub separately when vasco said it was all in .
Then fitters turned up ripped windows out downstairs then disappeared, on return and delivery of new windows I had to stop the job the windows were poor fitting miss measures and 1 fitter struggling by himself
After stopping job I had conversation with a director who convinced me he would make it right they remade 2 windows but still wasn't right after payment I noticed a few issues door slab warping in heat and glazing beads chipped and miss fitting which has just been completed near on 18months later still having troubles with door and apparently getting a new frame but I have to continue monitoring the cheap warping slab as they need proof even tho a director has seen it so will be near on 2 year time thats done ...your made to feel to put up with it as customer service is no better just fobbed off they also advertise era smart but the company as a whole haven't a clue about them all mine were faulty I went with these expecting a good name company doing a good job ..was very wrong
Also claim fensa approved but my windows and doors with photos prove otherwise

2 years after purchasing your original door, you contacted us to purchase an additional door, only after this purchase was made and fit did you contact us to complain about the first door you bought from us (other than initial snags immediately following fitting). Since then we have been out ascertain the problem and given a solution, which you signed to say you were happy with and then left a review to say you were not.
To suggest we are at fault for needing to see evidence a door slab is warping nearly 2 years after installation, seems a very harsh thing to put a negative review on for, where this has only just been raised. We have tried to help you several times and sent people out to your home at extremely short notice in order to accommodate your requests, but each time after agreeing things on the phone or at the visit you change the goalposts which puts us back to square one. As you have stated we have offered to change the door frame, at our cost in case this is causing the issues you are having.
We have also not requested payment for your second door until we have rectified your issue you are experiencing on your new door as a gesture of goodwill. All our processes and products are reviewed by FENSA.

High standards, professional and efficient
We have had Coral before, for the installation of our Georgian-style windows and they were very good then. So we've had them again most recently to install our new conservatory. They were excellent from the start, visiting us to discuss what we wanted and the installation was efficient and on time. They have a very efficient professional polite team who all know exactly what they are doing, and carried out to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the results and were once again very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great Experience!
Professional and reliable company throughout the build of a small conservatory style addition to my property. I was kept up to date on all relevant stages of the work which was completed within 8 days and the lads who worked on it were lovely and courteous throughout. I would highly recommend this company as it was recommended to me by another very satisfied customer. Also no money was paid upfront which was very reassuring in this day and age!

I called today at the Halifax
I called today at the Halifax, showroom interested in buying two doors. The showroom was immaculate, but unfortunately I had to deal with a certain gentleman who was rude, and very cocky I asked him to give me a guide line on price which he refused and walked of with his back to me, not even asking me my details for further assistance. Just a cocky individual with no knowledge of customer service and devoid of any quality sales ability. David.

We are sorry you felt our staff were rude, this is honestly something which has never been raised before so we would very much like to look into this for you. Unfortunately we cannot give indicative or guideline prices as every property is different, we need to see what the access and location are like, what condition the current products are in and how they are fitted and also measure up, any change can hugely affect prices and so we have learned giving people indicative prices can give them incorrect expectations and we prefer to be honest at all times.
