Incompetent Customer Service

The worst customer service I've ever received from an Australian based company, I've had ordered meals missing in the delivery with no refunds given, bits of machinery found in food, customer service make promises of getting back to you but never do. Even without all those issues 3/4's of the meals come with a variation of minced protein with green beans and rice no other vegetable except green beans, the chicken breast is dry as cardboard and tasteless.
The meals are very cheap, of low quality and little variation, whilst the customer service is completely incompetent.
