Good selection of carpets and competitively priced. Helpful staff, though some not quite as interested in you, personally, as some staff from other outlets. The fitters were very helpful and willing, though the quality of their fitting will tell in time. They did not clear up all the small bits on the new carpets and did not vacuum the carpets; they seemed to assume that it was our job - and it is a long one with lots of fluff etc coming off a new carpet!

Dan in the Cheltenham shop was very helpful, the carpet was fitted at the time and day as scheduled, fitter did a great job, all in all totally Pleased and I recommend Dan to be your customer servive staff member should you want to purchase from Corinium in Cheltenham.

Plentiful choice of carpets at the showroom, with help and advice to choose the carpets we wanted (this was our second from Corinium, so they were worth going back to). There was a hiccup over the fitting as one of the fitters was sick and threw out the schedule, but Corinium kept in touch so we could all work round it. Minor problem, that the fitter didn't keep us updated on timing (we were his second call that day), but when he arrived he did a good job quickly and cleanly.

We recently had to have several tiles in our conservatory replaced and I felt I had to comment on the very prompt response to my initial call and the excellent work of your fitter, John. You can't even see the joins of the new tiles to the existing ones. Very many thanks. I would recommend your comany to family and friends.

I found Corinium Carpets to be an excellent firm, with first class personnel, that were competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the time I first walked into the shop until the end of quite a complicated job, nothing was too much trouble. A minor problem occurred during the laying of my carpet, and another was encountered prior to laying my new kitchen floor, but everything was rectified in a prompt, courteous and completely satisfactory manner.
