Brilliant service
Brilliant service! Used Corrinium carpets twice.
Firstly to lay karndean flooring in our living room and then to lay carpet on stairs and in master bedroom.
Looking to book them again for another room.

Corinium Carpets were very helpful and efficient from start to finish. The showroom staff were willing to spend time showing me the different ranges and giving advice. The man who came to measure up arrived on time, and the carpet fitters were quick yet efficient. I've no complaints to make and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Corinnium Carpets are Brilliant
Corinnium Carpets were excellent every step of the way from advice in store, providing samples, measuring up and fitting. We had a problem with the actual product that was nothing to do with their fitting and they went over and beyond to sort it all out for us. We will definitely use them again

I had to commend Corinium Carpets for getting in touch and making sure all issues have been rectified. They sent the boys to fit carpets on the stair case and landing, best of all they did an absolute glimming job. They carpets were taken away and disposed. The first experience was kind of abrupt but they lived up to their 5 star rating the second time around and I wish I could amend the rating above. Will highly recommend the boys after the recent changes implemented by the management team.

Hi, Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately once an order has been placed and the carpet has been cut, the manufacturer will not always take the carpet back. On this occasion, we managed to negotiate a £35 restocking fee as a gesture of good will, following you changing your mind 2 days before we were due to fit the carpet. We have also arranged to collect the new carpet from the manufacturer in order to get the carpet in time to fit as arranged. In terms of your complaint about the disposal service, this is the first time it has been brought to our attention. If you still have this carpet, we will be happy to collect it and dispose of it for you. Kind Regards, Corinium Carpets.
