Cornwalls Cottages have let my holiday flat for the past few years. The service is excellent:
- they are very responsive and easy to deal with
- the booking system is straightforward
- the marketing seems to be effective as we have achieved very high occupancy rates
- they have a very good working relationship with our cleaning and maintenance company.

We have been renting our St Mawes flat out for 2 seasons now, with Cornwalls Cottages. As a company, they are efficient, responsive and very personable to deal with.

The team at Cornwalls Cottages are always on hand to deal with your questions and to action your requests. They are also keen to engage in discussions on the best way forward to issues that may arise or plans that are waiting to be developed. I feel that the personal touch and readiness to help in your business development is definitely there. Any issues are rapidly dealt with. They also keep pace with the rapidly developing technology in the digital marketing world to ensure that the properties get the best coverage.

We have always been delighted with the service we receive from CornwallsCottages who have managed our properties for the last 10 years. They are a really cohesive, efficient and friendly team who make every effort to respond to requests from both potential guests and property owners alike. Having been with a larger, now national, agency for several years, we are so pleased we made the move to Cornwalls Cottages a couple of years ago.
It is wonderful to have a small local team with whom we have built an excellent relationship. Our level of bookings has improved across all our properties both large and small.
The service provided across the board has been excellent and we always feel that Richard and the team are working with our best interests in mind.

We have found Cornwalls Cottages to be a very effective way to market our bungalow on the Roseland. The photography and website present the property beautifully and we have taken more bookings than we expected. We benefit (as novice owners) from the experience of the staff and communications to and from the office have been prompt and efficient. Our 'second home' Rosslyn in St Mawes was one of the first period properties listed with Cornwalls Cottages - we'd done the rentals ourselves before that.
Richard and his team handle the website advertising very well but also useful stuff like the photography too, as well as advising on pricing and things to include or change as the market develops.
But best of all they give a genuinely helpful and personal service to customers as well as owners, so it's not just an advertising site - they really earn their commission :-)

Have been with you from your very early days.

Although we now only have the one let with you, the other two have been sold off, have always been impressed with your professionalism.

We learnt early from a hardened B & B’er that you get two S & S (two sods a season). Never had that from you though.

Always friendly and helpful. It is great to be able to pop in and chat. Previous agents have been located hundreds of miles away and really seemed not to care or understand our business.
Occupancy and repeat bookings have been excellent, helped by the 3D tour and photos on the website.

Joining Cornwalls Cottages was the best thing that I have done in over thirty years of letting this property and I unreservedly recommend their service to any owner.

I inherited a cottage in Cornwall in 1988 and initially let it myself, using various methods of advertising. We first contacted Cornwalls Cottages as an owner in January 2016. On their first visit to our property they were full of ideas of how we could update and improve our cottage for which we were most grateful. By March 2016 the changes had been made and we joined Cornwalls Cottages. As an owner I cannot praise them more highly for the service they provide. Whoever I have spoken to or emailed in the office, they have acted promptly and been unfailingly courteous and friendly.

My bookings increased considerably once I joined Cornwalls Cottages so I am delighted by that aspect. The fact that a large number of my guests return to our cottage, sometimes many times, is a testimonial to the service that Cornwalls Cottages provides.

The directors of Cornwalls Cottages all live in the area which means that they know the area well when talking to prospective guests, as well as having a good understanding of what owners require of an agent. I appreciate the facility to reserve our property so I or my family may stay there (as long as there is no booking already in place). Their office staff have visited our property as well and I feel that this gives then an insight into matching properties to guests. They offer a very personal service.

We've been with Cornwalls Cottages for almost 2 years. During office hours, they always answer the phone and we can actually speak to someone, none of this "press 99 to speak to". On a couple of occasions they've helped resolve problems in respect to bookings.

In respect to other holiday website companies, we've found Cornwalls Cottages to be more flexible and costs invariably more reasonable.

The website is well designed and much more intuitive for customers than many other sites, that said, it can be a little slow downloading.

But they're happy to correct/amend our cottage details on their website at our request.

As the title to our review suggests, we're satisfied customers and will be staying with them for the time being.

I have been with Cornwalls cottages for three years now and my father was with them for four years before that. They have a very good website which is easy for property owners to use, they always reply quickly if there is a problem with a guest and payment is regular every month. Many thanks to Richard, Jennie, Carole and the team at Cornwalls Cottages. I look forward to many more years of happy holiday rentals.

Cornwall Cottages are a good agency: they allow you to run your own business eg you choose what you have in your property (there is no specified list), you can choose which weeks you want to book out for your own use and they don't charge a ridiculous commission rate. We are virtually full every year. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they will protect you, if need be from, difficult customers.
