Traveled to the UK from the US. Easy to book my test (had multiple) and with multiple locations across London, had no problem getting the time or test I needed.

Quick, efficient and speedy results. Had to cancel two tests and received a credit refund on one and a deferred test on another. 2 day return PCR's now not required so hope that they are as effective in refunding for 2 recent bookings. Past service suggests that they will honour.

Excellent fast service, staff were friendly and answered all the questions I had with great detail.

They're the most reasonably priced. Easy to use. when I hit problems with the dating on my camera (the image appeared to be old) enquiry staff were helpful and treated my ignorance with dignity and respect. I'd use them again any day.

I usually do not write negative reviews because it pains me and i always try to see the bright side but in this case it is impossible. First, I want to say that once we were in the testing centre the people working there were professional, really nice and everything went well. The problem was the before part. My parents and in laws were supposed to visit for Christmas, so we booked same day PCR test at 99GBP (quite expensive) 3 weeks in advance. With corona test centre you can cancel within 14 days of your booking. We have received an email on the night on the 13th day saying that the appointment had been changed to the morning (a time when our parents would not have been in the UK yet). We called and waited 45 minutes, we talked to someone who moved our appointments as day after results at the same time as we booked. A pain, but okay, we could take it. Day before the arrival, same thing: despite my emails saying 'please do not move to morning' our parents are moved to morning. 1 more hour on the phone to make things work. Since we see on the website that now same day PCR tests are 139GBP they are clearly trying to push the appointments of people who paid the original price. We say that it's okay, let's have a same day PCR on the 26th - not ideal, but what can we do. All seems decided. After a couple of hours another email says that the appointments are changed for a day after PCR on the 26th. After multiple emails we manage to have the appointments.

This has been increasingly stressful, which is something I also mentioned in several emails during this confusing communication, obviously without results.

Test well organised and carried out with care. Result supplied ahead of time so we could prepare for our trip without the worry of waiting.

Quick delivery, simple instructions and quick results. Very easy process I will definitely use them again when needed.

The check-in process for in-clinic testing is super easy and fast. The reception staff is very friendly. The test result came earlier than I expect. Totally recommend!

I used the Corona Test Centre for a Fit to Fly test I took with me to the USA for return travel to the UK. It was a good price, clear instructions on how to upload the test and the certificate arrived in plenty of time for me to check in and be travel ready before arriving at the airport. Very pleased with the service.

All of a sudden when you wanted a review, you wrote me mail. I can't believe you're even asking for a review... we booked tests and cancelled them by mail, as you asked, as we weren't flying in the end. Not only have you not answered any of my mails, you most certainly have not reimbursed us. I'm sure this company is a scam and I would suggest that no one in there right minds use them. At this dreadful time in our history, how can anyone be out to make money out of people. Disgusting

I paid for a same day PCR test and was to told that the results would arrive by 23:59 but it hasn't. I tried to call, chat, email etc and there was no response.

This is a disgrace, why promise same day when you cannot deliver. Next day result done at the airport was just 1/3 of the cost of this company and I feel that I have been lied to.

The centre in Manchester also doesn't look very professional, it's in the backroom of the beauty parlour.

I don't normally write a review but I feel that people planning to use this company should be wary about them.

Is my second time using the centre to get tested. And every time is being fast and great. Is always on time and i only trust this centre for my results.

I have made a cancellation in advance for entitlement of full refund via email. The following day I am prompted the appointment again via email. I have tried to contact the company by telephone and is impossible to get through - I have also used the chat it on the site which is not useful when it comes to refund and cancellations and is a set of standard answers thrown back you. Like many companies today, it is apparent that they are quick to transact to receive your money but when service is required there is very little attention.

11 Jan it’s been over 5 days from my initial confirmation of cancellation and I have not received an acknowledgement that my refund is being processed - even post my cancellation I received automated messages reminding me of the appointment I cancelled - it doesn’t t seem as if this company is bothered in any customer service.

The worst test centre ever. I paid £119 for home delivery lateral test. I paid for next day delivery. I placed the order on 26/12/2021. The test were needed at latest on 29/12 as we were flying on early morning of 30/12.
I did send several emails to the centre explaining that these test must be delivered before 30/12 otherwise we won't be able to fly. Trying to call them more than 3 times and being for more than 1 hour on waiting. Nobody answered my calls.
We have to book other test by appointment to another test centre in Gatwick on 29/12 otherwise we would have been no permitted to fly on 30/12.
Their tests arrived on 30/12. I called them and after 1 hour waiting time and explain my situation. they promised that in a hour they will come back with an answer after my request for full refund.
nobody called me till 5/01/2022.

Unfortunately on 02/01/2022,my family has covid symptoms and due to the lack of test from Boots,we used them . At this point the lab test was lucky enough to pretend that the test were used and they can not refund me the £119. ( knowing that these kind of test are free if you don't use them for travel).

The worst experience ever with their assistance.

Corona test center is the best place to do your PCR always on time & before for the results .The staff so helpful kind& very professional.I never change from Corona center even if i found cheaper.
