Do not use the home test kits, the in person centres are good
We did 3 fit to fly tests on holiday before flying back to the UK. Two results came through. The third result never came through. We waited. And waited. Then we rang. And rang and rang. After over an hour on hold we had moved up from position 5 to position 4 in the queue. I guess one of the other people just gave up. This was during regular working hours, not out of hours. In the end we had to waste our last day going for an in clinic test for £150 abroad. I will never use this company for at home tests ever again. There is no way to contact them about the at home test kits. They do not reply to emails either. The home fit to fly test was £39 which was substantially more expensive than other alternatives. Appalling home test kit service. Do not risk it.
UPDATE: the fit to fly certificate did come through but much later than the first two. We did not get any reply to any of the emails we sent to them asking to investigate where it could be, and we never managed to get through on the phone line. Use at your own peril for the fit to fly home test kits - if there is a problem you won't be able to reach them.
Excellent service
Excellent service. We needed to change the date of our fit to fly test due to new Covid rules in Antigua. Rang Corona Test Centree and the gentleman I spoke to was very understanding and made it so easy to change the date to the following day. We would definately use this company again.

Same day results - not turned up 9 hours later.
I paid for the same day PCR results and after chasing customer service, via email and phone, I still have not received an update, 9 hours after I was due my results. After complaining at midnight that my results had not arrived, I received a response saying there was a "lab delay" and no indication on when the results will arrive.
I have used Corona Test Centre in the past and found the service to be very good, however, this experience has put me off using the company for any further travel testing. Customer service call line was difficult to get through to, with continued disconnections and hour long wait times. The customer service agent, while sympathetic, was unhelpful and could not give an answer on where test results are / what the hold up is in the lab.
Was told that I would likely not receive a full refund but would get a prorated refund from "same day" to "next day" which I think is pretty punchy anyway and also poor customer service.
Do not recommend using. If you pay for a service and delivery of results, you should receive this and when it does not come through, you should receive a full refund. Really poor experience and encourage others to find an alt. provider.

I ordered Home Testing for my parents that came from Italy. We received them in perfect timing and the Certificate came in within 30 min from us taking the test. Will use you guys again. Thanks

90 minutes on the phone to their "24hr" helpline including 30 minutes as the first in the queue - clearly no one answering the phones at all
Waited a week for our PCR results and…
Waited a week for our PCR results and when they eventually texted them it came from a ‘Tesco Mobile’. Absolutely avoid.
Do not recommend
Used them multiple times but decided to switch. Strong do not recommend at this stage:
= Almost double price vs competing businesses for same day PCR tests in London
= Very long waiting times to get on the phone with customer service (30 min approx.)
= Extremely slow response times to communicate with customer service via chat or email; more than one day and some of my questions have been ignored all together
= Wrong information provided on calls with customer centre; person on the call had to talk to supervisor multiple times; basically a 45min journey to get basic answers
= Very unreliable as on two occasions I took a same day PCR tests but only received my result on the next day; this was one of the reasons why I needed to talk to customer service - after a long talk back and forth they only disclosed at the very end that there was an issue at one of their test centres; could have caused severe issues with my travels
= In shop team is good
Overall it feels like a provider that started strong when Covid started but lost their touch and communication with the customer. Lack of reliability probably the main issue.

I book an appointment for RTPCR with corona test centre but my flight got cancelled, as per process I sent email to help2coronatestcenter.com before 24 hrs of appointment, it's been more than 3 days I neither got my refund or any response from their customer service, the called the customer care, IVR ask again and again same questions and I press 2 hundred times but still no luck to connect with an agent, I went on the website to make any complain it took to a chat-bot which say someone will reach me out after 5 days, this not the service expected specially when you advertise on the website that there is 24*7 customer service, very disappointed
Extortionate and impossible to get a refund
I booked a PCR fit to fly test for 22 December 2021 for an upcoming trip to France, costing me £219. After realising I could get the same test and certificate far, far cheaper elsewhere I cancelled by emailing (as directed) on 15 December to cancel / get a refund. I have heard nothing at all since, in spite of emailing again on 18 Dec and speaking to representative on the same date who confirmed I would get confirmation it had been cancelled and a refund, shortly after emailing. Since then, the only contact I have had is an automated email reminding me of my upcoming appointment just prior to 22 Dec, indicating it had not even been cancelled at that date. I have tried calling again today but the system sends me round in loops with no hope of speaking to a representative. It is not acceptable to hold onto £219 of my money (which was a rip off to begin with) with absolutely no indication of when I will get a refund in spite of me asking multiple times a week before the appointment, and well within the 14 day cooling off period.
Do not go near. Randox in contrast cost me £65 for a similar service and confirmed within minutes of me cancelling that I would get a refund (although to be fair I havent yet received that refund over a week later).
A scam
Bought a test - tried to register online and it just errored.
Called their "24/7" number, and it was an infinite loop or robot talking with no way to actually do anything.

We have booked an appointment for PCR TEST DAY 2 Shoreditch in London, 27.12.2021. but because the London"major incident" I will not travel. I have been waiting for several days for a reply to my request for a refund. They asked and we sent a confirmation of the hotel booking cancellation. After that nothing ... Just marketing notices to remind us of the failed £ 99!
Poor customer serice
I have written to customer service robot 3 times in last 2 days about money refund, and I still have not received a reply from customer service member. I am exercising the Right of Withdrawal.
Amateurs at a very high price
Paid for same day PCR results. Tests done by 10am with results guaranteed by midnight. Currently gone 3am the next day and still waiting. Apparently there's "a delay at the lab" (I could have worked that out). Nothing at all about this company suggests they know what they're doing beyond raking in a lot of money. Look elsewhere, don't get fooled by them.
