Pre-booked my UK return Day 2 LFA test. When the rules changed, upgraded to PCR paying the extra. On return presented myself on Day 2 at appointed 10:30 am. I was very surprised to be informed that a hefty additional amount was payable. As I had to leave home the next day at 8:30 am, I also paid the extra for same day result report by midnight. No result email received by midnight. Then called the advertised number and joined the queue. Someone came on the line after forty-five minutes. In answer to my question, I was reassured to be informed that my test had not been lost. The person on the line told me that my result should come through in the next hour or so. He sounded as if this was not unusual. The result email arrived at 6:56 am; so much for the midnight deadline. I have submitted my complaint to the online Bot requesting refund of the extra I paid for same day delivery. I have no expectation of reply or refund. If no response after the promised 5 days I shall submit my report to Trading Standards. The holding company was incorporated on 30 March, 2020, and two directors are listed.

Very convenient location, no way to be swabbed, very swift test BUT we paid for same day service and neither of us got our results by midnight. Both came at 8am the next day. Emailed to complain, no response. No point paying for same day service if you aren’t going to get it and lots of other providers do a next day service for far far less.

EDIT: note buried deep in their FAQs they tests will only be returned same day if done before 11:50am. Nowhere is this made clear when you book the test (which when I selected I wanted a same day test offered me appointments up until 4pm), or in the emails you get, or when I did the test (was told results would be back by midnight). As this is quite clearly false advertising, I've complained to the advertising standards agency.

We paid extra for the "same day guarantee", neither of us got the results the same day. No answers to chat messages or emails, and when I called from my foreign phone to ask for a refund I spent 10 min waiting for a woman to then tell me she doesn't know why they didn't deliver on time but it's probably something in the terms and conditions so no way would they refund anything. All I can do is write an email which then might be forwarded to aa supervisor. Then she hung up on me. So the "guarantee" is a complete scam.

My friend got her test at Stansted airport, no same day guarantee but almost half the price, results delivered same day before dinner time. Seems like a way better deal...

I have paid (a lot) for the same day test and the sample was taken 10:00 AM in the morning. The result was supposed to arrive by midnight instead it arrived the day after! I haven’t received any replies to my emails or calls so definitely it is not recommended! Unfortunately their promises are not reliable and they do not feel responsible for their mistakes and damages caused on people’s plans.

Never showed up! Tracking says order confirmed and I will get shipping updates but no change! Flight landed 5 days ago! Ordered it 2 days before that! 0 customer service support. Do not waste money.

Paid crazy 219 pounds for 'same day result' test to be able to fly for work. Got on time , got test done....supposed to get it till midnight....I am currently on the way to airport and still no result(!) Send emails, have been calling and waiting in a massive q, even went personally today morning and no result. Nobody cares

CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER - similar to many of the other reviews here, i paid for an antigen test at the shoreditch test centre and was told by the test centre staff it would be delivered within a certain timeline, this timeline was not met and consequently i had to book another test in order to be able to get my flight (with a more legitimate service provider). the woman on the phone was really patronising and told me to complain in writing (i wasn't actually looking to complain, i was looking for a solution and for help) but, i did also put my complaint in writing - quick response to make clear they feel no obligation to offer refund and my follow up email has been ignored of course.

shame that this covid testing micro industry which is a total farce in itself has attracted so many unethical opportunists who are happy to take your money and not deliver on the service.

We ordered day 2 Lateral Flow tests from Corona Test Centre and they simply didn't arrive. When I contacted Corona to let them know their response was that they had been sent (with a subtext of go away!)
When I tried to contact them via their website complaints service it cunningly doesn't allow you to report an issue...
If you'd like to send £50 to a company and get nothing back the Corona Test Centre may be just the company for you!

I needed to order the day 2 and Day 8 test for both myself and my wife. This of course is not cheap. I ordered in what I felt was plenty of time but by day 2 they had not arrived. I called and was told that If I didn't want to pay I should refuse delivery from DPD. I asked the man to confirm it would definitely be sent by DPD and he said yes. I therefore refused one or two DPD deliveries which turned out not to be the tests which had been sent by Royal mail instead. The tests didn't arrive until day 8 by which time I had needed to get a day 5 test and release. My colleague called to try to get a refund but was told no even though they were late and we were given false information. Apparently I had ticked "send by Royal Mail" but none the less the gentleman made a mistake telling me to refuse DPD deliveries. I am not happy
I have had to take tests in about four clinics recently. By far the best are my healthcare clinic.

Got results 2 and a half hours later.

Absolutely terrible service. Day 2 test already 2 days late (ordered 5 days ago) and they hung up on me when I phoned to enquire for the second time (they hung up as I was explaining that I had not yet received the test, so no response from them). Subsequently all phone calls went to a call queue and never got answered. We therefore emailed them and their response is that they are not responsible for neither the time of arrival of the test, nor the condition the test arrives in, and will offer no refunds. No support as to what can be done with regards to actually submitting a day 2 result as required by the government.

Appalling customer service and a total rip off. If there has been a problem with shipping the least they can do is offer support and guidance.

Posted 2 day 2 tests. 1 of the results missing so chased them up. Said the result would be with me by 6pm yesterday, didn’t arrive and now despite me trying to contact them through all the channels they offer they just ignore you. Fine when it works, terrible when it doesn’t

£225 for same day results , guaranteed it says.. well no results by midnight, and offering £56 partial refund as it matches next day charge.. I didn’t want next day, that was the whole point. They broke contract , avoid

Awful. Had an antibody test but the result is meaningless. They refuse to offer any support in interpreting the results. Was just a figure with no explanation of what it meant. Utter waste of money

Im speaking about a drive trough în craigavon test covid centre...im still waiting for my results after 72 hrs of my șelf pcr test I made without any help, just with some ppl on the Window of my car which needed to be closed all the time and with no instructions apart from the one on the book they gave me. I need to go to work ppl!! Where are my results??

Ordered 2 lots of 'Amber Kits' a week ago totaling £500 and they were never shipped! Called the helpline to be told 'we are having issues with dispatch'. WHERE WAS THE WARNING? THIS COULD RUIN PEOPLE'S HOLIDAYS!!!!!!! AVOID

I booked a walk-in Fly to Fly PCR test at their Woking location, and I paid for next day results but actually received results same day.

Their service was friendly, informational, prompt, and professional. I didn't get the person's name who swabbed my tonsils and nose, but she was brilliant. The swabbing is usually unpleasant for me, but she made it very easy to experience.

Did the price tag hurt? Yes. But I would easily book with them again for results in a timely fashion. Stress-free and peace of mind. I would recommend to those who are looking for a quick sample turnaround trying to get back to their home country in a pinch.

I’ve used these centres a number of times for travel during the COVID pandemic. They are not as cheap as the DIY tests you can send off, but they never failed to send me the results of before, usually well before the promised deadline, so, if you haven’t travelled before during COVID or don’t mind the cost, but want peace of mind they would be a good choice. I’ve used them for both fit to fly antigen and PCR tests.

I ordered a day 2 test from CoronatestCentre prior to my trip. On my return to the UK, I opened the package to discover that the package was incomplete (no swab stick, no instructions). I emailed their help line immediately (8 AM on Monday Morning) but did not hear back from them by 11 AM, so spent 25 mins on the phone line waiting for a call handler. I was promised they would send out a replacement test which would be delivered in 24 hours (that would still meet the day 2 rule). In the end the test arrived on Friday. It had been sent the next morning as a Royal Mail 48hr delivery, so was never going to arrive on Tuesday. That's £90 spent with nothing in return

Avoid this company unless you’re not time pressured to receive a kit as in my experience, it is not next day delivery as stipulated in the sales pitch; it’s not even dispatched within 24 hours. 4 days later my Antigen test kit still hasn’t arrived. This business is disgraceful to take people’s money knowing they cannot fulfil the orders as promised.
