Very friendly and helpful staff from both office for booking my test to the doctors who carried out the test at the test centre. Got the result after a few hours same day. Excellent service and really appreciate the experience.

I have used this service to fly in Italy and I highly recommend it. The staff was very kind and efficient despite I arrived at their centre 10 minutes late. I received my results after 2h, which was very unexpected given that they were supposed to be released at 10pm. I will use their service again in the future.

Very good service very expensive though. Personal was very helpful and kind. I can recommended but you can find chiller options with a very good service also.
I was told I will get my results by the 6pm of the second day, that means over 48 hours, I paid £50 extra to get the resulta in those 48 hours and I got my results the same day. I’m sure they could have advised about this but they rather get more money. This shouldn’t be a business.

Utterly rubbish - staff in the centre were very professional so no complaints there. Since then I have been given the run around for over 2 days trying to get a test result and since this is the so "guaranteed next day" test to release the performance is abject. Will not be using again

Used these guys for our early release tests results back next day as promised no issues defo would use again

Best service and 5 star 🌟 and less then 24 hours you will receive result. And also i really appreciate the lady called Aysha i booked mistakenly wrong date and she was available at 2am and changed it for me, cant believe is some one is also available at 2am.

Good experience the gentleman conducting the test was very good(having already had3 previous tests in multiple countries I can speak with experience)
However I did have an issue. My wife and I have mobility issues, so I phoned the tel no. to ask where the test centr was located on Stanhope St The tel receptionist said I have no idea because I am in Birmingham!!!

Very nice experience. Nice young man took my blood and sample and it was just an overall pleasant experience. However i think in terms of value, you can find better elsewhere.
