I had a very positive experience with Corsair Support.
I contacted Corsair because my keyboard developed a problem while it was still under warranty. Matthew B. guided me through the entire process, explained the required steps clearly, and always responded promptly. After reviewing the information I provided, Corsair approved a replacement. The support experience has been excellent so far.
I really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. Thanks to his assistance, my issue was handled smoothly and a replacement was arranged.

From Loyal Corsair Customer to Completely Disappointed
I bought my first Corsair DDR4 RAM from Amazon in 2019, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Later, I bought my first Corsair MP700 SSD from Amazon as well, and it also worked perfectly. After that, I bought a Corsair HX1500 power supply and even Corsair mouse pads, all from Amazon, without any problems.
Then, in May 2025, I decided to buy directly from the Corsair online store because the RAM I wanted was cheaper there than on Amazon. However, I would have had to wait more than a month for delivery from Amazon. On the Corsair store, I found the RAM kit of 4 for €45 more expensive, but buying two kits of 2 separately was cheaper. I decided to go with the cheaper option because I thought Corsair would not mix the profiles if both kits were bought together at the same time. That seemed like the logical thing to expect.
Unfortunately, they mixed the profiles anyway. Since installing the RAM, I constantly get messages from the Corsair software saying that the profiles are mixed. I contacted Corsair customer service, and they told me that I mixed the profiles myself. I explained to them that I bought both kits together from the same product page at the same time, and that the store was the one that mixed the profiles. Until now, nothing has been resolved.
This experience showed me the difference between buying from a marketplace like Amazon and buying directly from a manufacturer. Stores like Amazon care about long-term customer satisfaction because they want customers to keep shopping there. In my experience, Corsair only cared about making a one-time sale and not about solving the customer’s problem afterward.
This will probably be the last time I buy directly from the Corsair store, or even buy Corsair products at all, regardless of how good the products may be. I do not get angry easily, but this situation genuinely upset me because it was my own decision not to wait for Amazon stock and instead trust the Corsair store directly. Their customer service was even worse than Asus in my experience.
I hope my experience helps others be more careful before buying directly from the Corsair store.

I have issues with my ram
They do everything right.
Every time that I've had an issue they solve it in a couple days. They are the best gaming related company around and they genuinely care about their costumers and their experience.
They offer quick and easy solutions with minimal effort on your end.
If you're considering buying any other brand of keyboards, mice or headphones, please reconsider it, there's nothing like Corsair. They'll make sure everything works even if it means an MRA or replacement parts for your device.

Matty was an excellent rep that took care of my concerns. They went above and beyond to get my daughter headphones replaced/repaired. Corsair stands behind there product. Was seamless warranty interaction, I keep and file my receipts which is a requirement for any warranty claim.

Great RMA and Customer Service
The RMA service was fast, I received my replacement PSU in about a week and I was updated every step of the way. The customer service employees are very polite, helpful, informative and reassuring. I did a similar RMA years ago with Corsair and I'm glad to see the process is still as efficient and effective.

Exceptional Customer Support!
Raton S. and Corsair delivered an outstanding customer service experience. I was facing a unique situation where I couldn't return my defective keyboard due to strict local export regulations and Raton was very understanding. Not only did they manage to approve me a replacement unit but also surprisingly accepted my additional request to add a PALM REST with it! Now that's what I call a proper customer service. It was a really smooth experience overall and I really hope to stick with Corsair for my future peripherals.
