The best company with quality products and after sales service!

I am a person who looks into quality of the product and the after sales service. When I bought K70 Max Corsair, quality vise, 100% 5☆. No doubt. But just before the end of warranty, the volume scroll acted weird and I contacted Corsair team. The help that I received was exceptional! They didn't waste my time or push me around on a loop, just wanted the invoice, a replacement keyboard was ready for me and the issue is fixed in a week. However, when I send my keyboard , I forgot to take out the custom keys Corsair gave me along with the purchase. The customer service went above and beyond to see if they can find it and since it was not available they send me a new one! They dedication they had on making customers happy is amazing and I will 100% be happy to get more products from Corsair just because of this experience without any doubt!

A special thanks to Frank S from Corsair customer service for the help! He was quick with responses, always keeps me updated, I didnt even have to bother asking for an update, express great helping mentality, resolved the request faster than aticipated! You are amazing man!

AVOID

Took my money, never delivered, now refusing to refund — Order C1930045

Avoid. I paid Corsair over £1,000 for an order that was never delivered. UPS tracking confirms the parcel was returned to Corsair in transit — it never reached me. Corsair has my money and the goods.

It gets worse. TWO Corsair agents confirmed in writing that the returned parcel was received back at their warehouse. Then a third agent reversed this, claimed it hadn’t arrived, and told me to “wait.” I’ve now been told to wait indefinitely while Corsair holds over £1,000 of my money for goods I never received.

I sent a formal Letter Before Action. The response? An automated message and more stalling — still “investigating,” still no refund.

This is a company that will take four figures off you, fail to deliver, admit in writing it has the goods back, and then refuse to return your money. I’m now proceeding to County Court. Check the reviews — I am not the only one. Do not hand these people your money until you see how they behave when something goes wrong.

Outstanding Customer Support from Andrew Freeman

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and recognition for the outstanding support I received from Andrew Freeman. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

From the very beginning, Andrew was professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly responsive. He always replied quickly to my messages, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was willing to wait patiently whenever I needed time to provide additional information or documentation.

My case was particularly challenging due to customs issues in my country, circumstances that were completely outside of his control. Despite these obstacles, Andrew never gave up on finding a solution. He consistently followed up on my case, explored every available option, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping me resolve the problem.

UPS misdelivered, Corsair came through!

As a longtime Corsair fan, I wanted to take advantage of the 2026 Memorial Day sale and purchase a product from the website. I made the purchase, but the delivery never arrived and UPS marked it as delivered. No delivery confirmation photo, nothing. UPS denied everything, and closed my claim without even giving me time to respond to their questions. Nate and the customer service team at Corsair worked diligently and expeditiously to help me with my issue, and they have more than made my day. Corsair has your back when you need assistance with anything customer service related. Exceptional job.

Corsair Vengeance RAM

I had a problem with one of my sticks of ram for my computer and I created a ticket and they responded fast to it and handled it very professional. Jason G. Has been helping me from the start and gave me absolutely all the information needed to get it handled. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic and responsive customer service

Fantastic and responsive customer service. The adhesive on my PC case panel was defective after a year, and they sent me a whole new case since they didn’t make the panel anymore. The whole process from cutting a ticket to receiving the case took a week.

Well Handled Warranty Replacement

I had a defective DDR4 stick (failing memory address) and opened a ticket with Corsair support. The entire process was straightforward and well handled.

My original memory kit (2x8GB) was no longer available, so Corsair offered a replacement with a newer kit. Since I was running the same kit twice in a 32 GB configuration, only replacing one of them would not really have solved the issue. I really appreciated that Corsair replaced both kits with a single matched replacement kit instead.

The RMA instructions were clear, the return shipping label was provided immediately, and communication throughout the process was top.

Special thanks to Matthew B. for handling the ticket professionally and without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Absolutely incredible customer service from Jason G.! 5 stars!

I had a nightmare experience with FedEx misdelivering my Corsair RMA package to a complete stranger. I was so stressed and lost, but thankfully, Technical Support Specialist Jason G. stepped in.

Jason was an absolute lifesaver! He showed incredible empathy, understood the situation perfectly, and processed a brand-new replacement kit for me within minutes. He even went above and beyond by promising to personally monitor the new shipment until it safely arrives at my office.

This is hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Corsair’s products are amazing, but it’s people like Jason G. that make me a loyal customer for life. Thank you so much, Jason!

No refund and no product

Over a month and I never recieved my product from their website. They never communicated about what happened to my package. Finally I get an email explaining that they are returning the package and ill get a refund. Its well over a month at this point, I havent recieved my product and I havent even recieved my refund. Please dont go through what I went through and just do yourself a favor, choose a different company to buy from. This company has no love Representatives and they dont care about the client.
