I have had this problem for a week now

I have had this problem for a week now. The controller only worked correctly for two days. Using email to help people is a terrible idea.

Great customer service!

I broke the side glass panel of my case and contacted support to find out where I could buy a replacement. Instead, they offered to send me one free of charge.

I had an excellent RMA experience with Raton. He understood my issues and was super quick to assist and solve them.
I really appreciate the help and will look forward to dealing with corsair and their excellent team in the future

Great customer support!

So far it has been a very easy experience. There was some trouble with the AI chat bot, but once I was placed in an email chain with customer support it was very easy and helpful.

Corsair never disappoints: free glass replacement after more than 4 years

I purchased this case on November 28, 2021, and for years it never gave me the slightest problem. Unfortunately, a few days ago, the tempered glass side panel literally shattered. I contacted support without too many hopes, but to my great surprise, four and a half years after purchasing it, Corsair sent me a replacement panel completely free of charge! Truly exceptional, 5-star customer service. A very reliable company, highly recommended!

My experience with Corsair support was…Excellent Support and Fast Resolution from Corsair RMA Team

My experience with Corsair support was excellent, especially with the assistance I received from Ryan N. The RMA process started with some confusion on my end regarding the replacement options and authorization requirements, but Ryan N. was very patient in explaining everything clearly and guiding me step by step.

Even when there were limitations with adjusting the Advanced RMA cost, he still took the time to escalate my case to his team and helped find a solution. In the end, they were able to approve a No-Charge Advanced RMA, which I really appreciate.

Overall, the support was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Customer service on a warranty

Customer service on a warranty.

I bought a Corsair HS80 Max headset from Best Buy a little over a year ago. The mic recently stopped working. I got the headset replaced as it was still under the 2-year warranty. All is great now. I gave 4 stars because customer service wasn't as proactive as I expected. They were kind, but you can only reach someone via email. Don't bother calling. They handled every email I sent within 24 hours, however I had to initiate every step. From the shipping label to the refund. My advice: stay on top of your order and be patient. My assumption is that they have a large volume of requests and few staff. But that's sort of the case everywhere nowadays. Overall, I will definitely buy from them again.
