Very positive experience

The Corsair support team is very professional and efficient. They helped me out with a warranty product return and all the process was so smooth and easy. Matthew B. and Deanna were so helpful and they did their job in an excellent manner. Thanks to both! You are wonderful!

Corsair PSU broke down after 9.5 years. Great service!

Corsair PSU broke down after 9.5 years. To my surprise it was still under warranty and also the unreadable serial number sticker was not a problem. Within a couple of days I received a replacement. Everything was taken care of swiftly and efficiently by Matty. Great service!

Corsair were great

Corsair were great. They helped in figuring out the problem. There was a lot of back and forth. They were very patient with me and kept asking me to try different options to get the product to work with the software. In the end they organised a replacement and sent all the paperwork needed to return the faulty product. But not until the new product arrived first.

Corsair are slow with returns

I purchased a Xenon Edge screen direct from Corsair which failed after a few days. I went through the returns process which is slow and difficult. I have now returned the product, I have to wait for Corsair to receive it then wait 3 to 5 days before they ship out a replacement.

Support have been helpful, but their process is very very slow and effectively means I am without a brand new device for weeks.

This is not good enough for a new product, at this price point direct from Corsair. The UK website does not even allow you to leave a review of the product - draw your own conclusions there.

They charge big money for sub-standard products, and starting the returns process is long and time consuming!!

I am very satisfied and grateful for the kind and efficient service from Matthew B. at Corsair, who quickly resolved my report of a defective gas piston and sent me the replacement I needed very quickly and easily. It gives me great confidence to continue using the brand!

It was a good experience with Corsair Support

It was a good experience with Matthew B. He explained what I needed to do and his responses were quick. I appreciated the attention I received. I know the product malfunctioned after only 3 months, but that doesn't diminish the fact that Corsair committed to providing me with replacement headphones.

Excellent and fast customer service!

I had to replace my broken AIO cooler under warranty.
Mel H. from the technical support team was incredibly helpful, fast, and professional throughout the whole process.
He guided me to the right replacement unit for my setup and even gave me a discount code as a gesture of goodwill when I made a mistake with my return package.

I have had this problem for a week now. The controller only worked correctly for two days. Using email to help people is a terrible idea.

Great customer service!

I broke the side glass panel of my case and contacted support to find out where I could buy a replacement. Instead, they offered to send me one free of charge.
