I have no words to express my joy; Corsair's service is excellent. I especially want to thank Matthew B and Andrew Freeman for helping me with my issue. The glass side panel on my Corsair 4000D Airflow broke, and even though my warranty had expired—since I bought the case three years ago—they sent me a replacement. I am very grateful.
Fast and helpful support with a replacement part
The front tempered glass panel of my case broke, and Corsair's support handled everything incredibly fast and smoothly. Special thanks to Andrew Freeman, who assisted me with great kindness and efficiency throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
Outstanding customer service – exceeded my expectations
I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one.
I contacted Corsair because I experienced the same issue with my previous mouse again. From the very beginning, Raton was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely committed to finding the best possible solution.
Instead of simply replacing the product again, Corsair offered me an upgrade to the Nightsabre Wireless. I was honestly thrilled. I never expected that, and I certainly did not take it for granted. After receiving it today, I can already say that it truly feels like a premium upgrade. The comfort, coating, build quality, and overall experience are fantastic.
What impressed me the most was the way I was treated throughout the entire process. Every response felt personal and respectful, and I never had the feeling that I was just another support ticket.
My special thanks go to Raton for his outstanding support. His friendly, professional, and dedicated approach made this an exceptional customer service experience and clearly shows how much he cares about customer satisfaction.

Tempered glass on my case shattered, and I wanted to buy a new one on the Corsair web site. However, there were no options to deliver it to my country. I contacted support without much hope to ask if there were any other option.
But the support team not only arranged delivery to my address, but also did it for free, the replacement was delivered within 3 days, incredibly fast taking into account my location
I'd say this is my most positive experience with customer support ever.

Great customer service
I've bought a corsair Tc100 chair some 3-4 years ago and this year the armrest decided to give up on life. Hoping I could get a replacement for them I contacted customer service, and Matty bless his heart gave me a one off warranty exception for the armrest replacement. What can I say except love to see it!
Great support and free replacement
Andrew Freeman helped me with a broken tempered glass panel for my Corsair case. The support was clear, fast, and very helpful, and they arranged a free replacement without any hassle. I really appreciate the good customer service and the quick solution.
Warranty and purchase process issues
Two separate issues.
Warranty process:
The support team was helpful but their process is slow.
Also, they sent me a refurbished replacement part instead of a new one, what - it turned out from the small print - they can actually do, and they are not willing to send a new one.
So, read the small print before you purchase anything from them.
Purchase process:
I purchased some parts directly from Corsair on 24/06. It was only £11 cheaper than ordering it from Amazon (Corsair shop) but I trusted them and gave it a go. It was a big mistake. The delivery date was 29-30/06.
After 6 days, I still haven't received the parts and the tracking history shows the parcel was sent from Netherlands to Germany and it is stuck there. I'm in the UK btw. No new delivery date was provided.
The Corsair customer service said it was out of their control, they don't know when it will be delivered, they don't offer anything, just left me in the dark.
Amazon would have delivered it on the same day... It was a big mistake to order it from Corsair directly.
I'm very disappointed. I have many Corsair parts in my PC. I'm starting to regret it.

Corsair PSU broke down after 9.5 years. To my surprise it was still under warranty and also the unreadable serial number sticker was not a problem. Within a couple of days I received a replacement. Everything was taken care of swiftly and efficiently by Matty. Great service!

Corsair were great. They helped in figuring out the problem. There was a lot of back and forth. They were very patient with me and kept asking me to try different options to get the product to work with the software. In the end they organised a replacement and sent all the paperwork needed to return the faulty product. But not until the new product arrived first.
