The deal seemed to good to be true and I was worried on the day of arrival as a morning delivery had been specified and at 12:00 hrs I had heard nothing but was relieved by a phone call from the driver at 12:15 and the car arrived at 13:00 hrs. All was well and the car was all I had hoped for , excellent.

Like many potential buyers I was sum what apprehensive about buying from an online company who I had never heard of, and did not have a showroom.

The fact that they were offering such a discounted price, and offered a excellent price on my old car seemed too good to be true, but have to confirm that I have been proved completely and utterly wrong. My new car arrived as scheduled and my old car taken away.

I bought a Seat Leon ST, and being the first time through a broker I was nervous about the deal. However, Steven was fantastic, took us throhgh each step of the transaction, from quotes through to communications after order placement. Yes it is nervous having to make payment day before the car is delivered; but everything went extremely smoothly. New car dropped off as configured, and old car picked up for part exchange. Would & will be recommending to my friends & family.

The price quoted was so much better than my local Nissan dealer it made me wonder if it could be true. But Mick came across as sincere and not pushy to get the sale. I checked a few web sites including Trustpilot and placed the order with a list of dealer installed options which were all completed and delivered on time as quoted. And delivered in the worst snow weather we have had for 10 years when everything else seemed to grind to a halt my car was delivered on time to the hour.
Well done Mick and your team, I will be recommending you to my pals and will be back when I change cars again.

Ordered a van from these guys for the first time, a bit daunting sending vast amounts of money without meeting them but van arrived as promised on a day to suit me, would use them again.

Was a bit apprensive at first but after doing my internet investigations and talking to Mick I was put at ease. Took delivery of my new Nissan navara and had my trade in collected after so I wasn’t without a car, good price payed for trade in and unbelievable discount on my navara well over £7000 already looking for my next car for my wife now!! I have to say that after my first chat with Mick about what they could do for me i was put totally at ease . Having always gone down the car showroom route before this was a totally new and unknown experience .
Well i have to say i wish i had found cvc years ago as the whole car buying process was so easy and stress free. After i had decided on the exact colour and spec of my new GOLF an order was placed with Mick and then it was just a case of waiting for car to be built.
Approximately 9 weeks later my brand new perfect GOLF was delivered to my house and later that day my part ex was collected. Great car at a fantastic price with a fair trade in price for my old car and exactly how i had specified my new one. I really can't recommend cvc enough for the service they provide and the price i paid was quite simply amazing when compared with a main dealer. One phone call saved me thousands and it was without doubt the easiest car purchase ever .

They do say that "if a deal is too good to be true it cannot be true". In this case, what they say is wrong! I am very happy with my purchase, the sale was handled very professionally. The one or two queries I had were answered quickly and politely. The car was delivered exactly as ordered and at a price which had my local dealer tearing his hair out!

I was particularly impressed with the handover, the delivery driver was a really nice guy and was quite happy to stay and explain all the controls etc to me before setting off on his merry way.

Like everyone else, I was nervous about handing over my hard earned cash, but, I could not praise these guys enough!

First time we have bought a car using this process. Never will we buy a car from a garage again. Saved £7000 on not using our local dealer. The service was personal and seamless. I was very sceptical being a retired motor trade after sales manager. However from the initial contact their professionalism shone through. The whole process was as easy as any online shopping experience. Everything that was asked for, was confirmed, all deadlines were met and there were no false promises.
The trade in value of our car was acceptable and was collected on the due date and time by a professional delivery driver.
Also the new car delivery was professionally done and on time.
