I had recently lost three and a half stone. My breasts went like t-bags. I saw one surgeon he wanted to give me a breast reduction or a breast lift. He called it manageable breasts. I didn’t want manageable breasts, I wanted the fullness I had lost. He told me it was impossible.
I went away and thought about what he had said. I did some research and found a surgeon that could give me the results I wanted . Nilesh gave me a reduction and an implant. I now have perky boobs that stay up. No boob sweat ,no having to wear scalding bras . No more having to exercise in two sports bras and a sports top to stop the bounce. I have two friends that are now both thinking of having the operation after seeing my results. Nilesh stitching skills are amazing! My scars are healing really well. Really happy with the results. I have my confidence back

I have now had a couple of surgeries by Nilesh and would never think about searching for another cosmetic surgeon. My most recent surgery was breast reduction & lipo. I was very anxious even though I've had lipo before on a different area but this time was so worried about not looking natural and what if I lost any sensation, etc. Nilesh was honest and went through all the pros and cons with me, especially as my BMI was a little high. He was very supportive and answered any questions/concerns I had regarding my surgery and explained everything in layman's terms so that i could understand before going ahead. His after care was great too.

I'm healing so well and feeling incredible about my results, feel so happy with the size and shape. Nilesh has helped me boost my confidence and everything went smoothly, from my initial consultation to booking the surgery and post care. Nilesh's stitching skills are unbelievable, you can hardly see any stitching scars in the middle of my breasts. I would highly recommend Nilesh to anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery, I honestly don't think you will regret it.

I was referred to Mr Sojitra after being diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma on my face. Although non malignant it needed to be removed before it spread.
I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the whole procedure which was performed under a local anaesthetic. The nurses were very kind and helpful and Mr Sojitra was also very caring and professional. I am very happy with the scar which is already almost invisible.
When I returned for a follow up appointment after three weeks he assured me that the whole carcinoma has been removed and therefore I should have no further problems.

I had full tummy tuck with liposuction. I waited nearly 11 years for my surgery after having 2 C sections, one of being a very large baby at 12lbs. I visited Dr Sojitra after seeing quite a few surgeons in London. I felt very confident in Dr Sojitra, he was also very competitively priced with no extra charges such as tightening the abdominal muscles etc. I also liked that the tummy tuck procedure was a two night stay rather than one night stay which all other surgeons were offering. I am very very pleased with my new tummy it is flattest its ever been. Dr Sojitra’s stitching skills are also amazing, it’s neat and hides well. He is a very skilled surgeon. My jeans size pre baby was 27inch, post baby was 30inch now I am 25/26 inch! The liposuction has also helped increase my metabolism and reduce my sugar levels. I would 100% recommend Dr Sojitra

I had been contemplating breast surgery for a number of years but was always concerned that I would pick the wrong surgeon and end up regretting it as I wanted a natural and in-proportion result. Luckily Nilesh was recommended to me and completely understood the results I was looking for and was able to advise me of how this could be achieved and also managed my expectations perfectly.

From initial consultation right through to post surgery follow up appointments Nilesh provided a relaxed, friendly but extremely professional service which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in his abilities. His entire team at Spire & Highgate were also exceptional. I am now 4 months post surgery and extremely happy with my results.

I would not hesitate to recommend Nilesh and should I feel the need for any future treatments he would be top of my list as a surgeon!

I am writing my review 10 weeks post op from Abdominoplasty (without lipo) & Breast Augmentation.

Having done my research and already had a couple of consultations, I knew as soon as I met Nilesh that he would be the surgeon I would place my trust in. He was very confident, direct and informative in his approach.
Once I decided I was going to go for it I was extremely anxious with completely irrational fears of the surgery itself and found Nilesh always happy to answer my questions and calm me down on the lead up to the surgery itself. On the day I was super nervous but Nilesh and the team at Highgate were amazing! The surgery itself went perfectly and although a tough recovery I can hand on heart say I am pleased I did it. Nilesh was able to get the results we had discussed and although there is still some swelling I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The incision lines are unbelievably neat and I can’t wait for them to keep fading as already they are minimal and healing so nicely. I can finally look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. Which after two children and tummy muscles that never went back as they should, lots of stretchmarks and crinkly excess skin I didn’t think it was possible.

The aftercare was great. Nilesh was always on hand and I felt completely safe and knew if there were any complications (which there weren’t) then it would be resolved right away.

If you are using these amazing reviews as I did to assist in my final decision on a surgeon then believe everything that’s being said and know you will be in safe hands.

I’m very happy with the results. Nilesh gave me exactly what I asked for. I was anxious about the procedure but Nilesh is very experienced and collected, so I had confidence in him. The recovery was a breeze and I felt fine within a couple of days. The results look and feel VERY natural and the scars are minor and hidden away. I would do it all over again. Just take your time when choosing your size and trust Nilesh’s advice.

Amazing surgeon he really worked with me and listened to everything I wanted. Overwhelmed and so happy with my results, he has really given me my confidence back would 100% recommend!

Had breast implant exchange surgery today at the Highgate hospital by the truly excellent surgeon Mr Nilesh Sojitra.
The hospital staff were so kind and helpful a truly lovely place.
I cannot praise Nilesh highly enough he is very professional but extremely approachable and friendly he puts you at ease from the moment you meet him. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking of having breast implants.
This is the 3rd time I have had the pleasure of surgery by Nilesh and would not go to anyone else

I have recently had an uplift with implants with Nilesh Sojitra and am so pleased with the results, the scars are almost invisible after just a few weeks and the aftercare was amazing! I am a 21 year old haemophilia carrier. This means I bleed and bruise more easily because I have low factor 8 in my blood. A surgeon that I saw for a consultation before I found Nilesh completely disregarded me, he ran a mile due to the worry of me bleeding out more easily. Nilesh could have too, but he did not. Nilesh did this operation despite it not being a ‘normal’, ‘average’ operation and I have everything to owe him because of this. After a long back and forth, because of my surgeon, I was able to have my breast augmentation. Without such a strong support from Nilesh, I would not have had my operation. And words cannot describe how happy I am that he has done this operation for me. I can finally buy tops, dresses and clothes and feel confident! Thank you so much!!! I would recommend anyone to this man and his team because you need someone who listens to you, trusts you, and he did just that and more.

I recently received Rhinoplasty under the care of Mr Sojitra at the Spire Hospital Harpenden. The before, during and after care has been excellent. Carolyn, Mr Sojitra’s Secretary, is so efficient and prompt at dealing with enquiries and/or concerns and Mr Sojitra is personable and responsive.
I’m now 10 days post op and I’m more than happy with the result already.

Thrilled with my new surgery and corrective surgery. I had rhinoplasty and also reconstructive breast surgery from a previous BA with another surgeon many years ago. I lived my life previously with breasts that made me quietly unhappy. I needn’t have worried. Please don’t do the same and suffer in silence. My only regret is not having a consultation with Dr Sojitra sooner.
The whole process from start to finish was smooth, easy and informative. I was completely at ease and confident in my final decision. Wonderful service and always on hand pre and post op with any questions. I can’t fault anything. I can honestly say the little flaws I had with my body, have all disappeared. Scar lines are non existent to the point where friends and family have not noticed a change in my facial features to date. I possibly couldn't have imagined better results, the results are so much more than I ever expected.
