I would highly recommend, I am 11 days post surgery and already the results are looking amazing , I did a lot of research to find the right surgeon for me and come across Nilesh he has been amazing from the start he took the time to listen to me with what I wanted and answered any questions that I had , He also took the time to get me in asap , after surgery he has continued to check in on me and ask how I am feeling. I can’t wait to see the final results thank you so much for giving me my confidence.

Mr Sojitra came highly recommended by a close friend who also had abdominoplasty surgery and I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I was given a new tummy which was better than anything I could have imagined. Lots of good care before and after the surgery from all the staff. The scar looks really good and for the first time in over 20 years I look really good too.

Two weeks post lift and augmentation and couldn't be happier. Everything is healing really well and I'm so excited to see the final results. Even at this early stage I can see how natural the finished result will look. I spent a long time looking for a surgeon and know I made the right choice. Nilesh listened to what I wanted, I never felt embarrassed or judged. He answered all my questions and still does! He contacted me every day for the first 10 days after surgery to check how I was, leaving me to relax in the knowledge I had all the care I needed.

I am now two months post op for a tummy tuck, and Nilesh was great from start to finish. Completely professional and totally understanding. He put up with me being extremely squeemish about everything!
I was very pleased with the op and the treatment from both him and the staff at the Spire in Harpenden. He made this experience very bearable for someone who is not confident with medicals things. Both the op and the aftercare were exemplary I would recommend to anyone to feel confident in Nilesh and his team.
Both my husband and I are very happy with the outcome (although my husband isn't keen on the big knickers I have to wear!).

Nilesh was very informative, honest and personable during the initial consultation. I had surgery two weeks ago and results so far have exceeded expectations, very happy, thanks so much!

I’ve been considering breast augmentation for over 6 years now. After two beautiful children and a year like no other, I decided it was time to make it happen. I did extensive research, as I wanted to make sure that I got the results I had dreamed of. After seeing Nilesh’s reviews and photos of his work, there was no question that I would choose him. Due to COVID-19 I wasn’t expecting anything to happen quickly, however Carolyn showed exceptional attention and care and I was lucky enough to pinch a cancelled slot for consultation. Nilesh was very professional. We discussed my options, queries and concerns and proceeded to book the surgery right away. After the consultation I realised I had a few more questions to ask, so I contacted him, and helped to quickly put my mind at ease. A couple of days before the surgery I decided that I’d prefer to change on the implant size, which I addressed and once again, Nilesh did everything he could to make that happen. On the day of the surgery I asked him to make a decision himself, as he’s the expert and he knows what would work and what wouldn’t. I couldn’t be happier with the results nor with the hospital staff. They were all providing expert care with a smile on their faces. Over all, my experience couldn’t have been any better and my recovery couldn’t have gone any smoother.

I can’t recommend Nilesh and his team enough. For a private paying patient it’s a big deal choosing someone to trust, but I definitely picked the right person. I had a diastasis and pretty bad muscle laxity which left me uncomfortable physically but also with how I looked with such a huge protruding stomach. I was fed up being asked when the baby was due! I turned up to the first consultation a nervous wreck as this was such a huge deal to me, but Nilesh’s manner immediately put me at ease as he talked with such confidence about how he could help me. The day of surgery I was just as nervous but again Nilesh and the anaesthetist both put my mind at ease. I’m 4.5 weeks post op and am THRILLED. All the physical issues I had pre-op seem to be disappearing! And I finally am regaining some body confidence. I’m told that the results will continue to get even better as swelling decreases - WOW! Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic this hasn’t affected my care - I have had regular contact with Nilesh and Carolyn should I need it. I genuinely cannot find any fault in the support I’ve had! I have nothing but praise for this outstanding team.

Nilesh gave me a breast reduction from an H cup to an F cup. The results are amazing and the ability to wear clothes that fit well gives me confidence and the change in my posture is liberating. I’ve considered having a breast augmentation seriously for the past 3 years but kept putting it off as I was just so apprehensive about the whole experience. BY FAR THE BEST DOCTOR ! I was thinking about a breast augmentation for a lot of time , but I finally decided is time to go . I’ve booked first a Zoom consultation with Nilesh . It was a professional and friendly chat , then I had the face to face appointment. It seemed that I know Nilesh for a long time . He had patience with me , he explained in details all I had to know about the risks of the surgery and he answered all my question . I’m writing this 6 days post operation, after 3 days I had no more pain and no use to take more pain killers ! I would recommend Nilesh with all my heart ! 10 stars out of 10 ! I had breast augmentation 8 months ago, as following children my breasts had become very flat and empty. I wasn’t comfortable with how I looked. Being a doctor myself I did a lot of research into finding the right surgeon and Mr Sojitra was the one!

Nilesh was fantastic, very professional and talked everything through. We looked at size options and he wasn’t at all pushy. I found this decision tricky and was stuck between two sizes, so in the end I left it to him and his team on the day. They are the experts and I had full confidence that he would achieve the natural look I wanted.

I had a breast augmentation surgery about a month ago. From my first consultation with Nilesh Sojitra to the post op appointment I can’t fault it in any way. Nilesh is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the size which would suit my body type. Any questions I had was always answered very quickly and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the experience. On the day of my surgery the team of nurses were amazing and made the experience run smoothly making me feel comfortable and also had a few chats with me which was nice. Post op recovery has been so so easy and only “painful” on one day after the surgery. Once again, Nilesh checked up on me to make sure I was recovering well and if I had any questions so ask which I did and he answered them very reassuringly. From the amazing surgeon to the anaesthetist and the lovely nurses I couldn’t recommend Spire harpenden and Nilesh Sojitra enough to anyone who is considering getting this procedure.
