I was a bit worried before starting with Cosmo cause it was my first time with an ewallet but I chose them because they have great reviews here and I am happy I did. Everything went fast and great. The verification process was easy and fast. The payment I had to receive arrived faster than expected and then I wanted to transfer founds to my French bank account. I was worried of problems or hidden fees but all the fees were exactly as stated and Cosmo tells you the fees before you do anything so you know and can decide if this is OK. For example, before doing the transfer they tell you that it will cost 5 dollars, what rate they will use to change your USD In Euro, how many euros you can expect and are you ok to procede. Everything is crystal clear and not that expensive. I have accepted and my money was on my French account only 24 hours later with the exact amount they announced and no problem. It is gorgeous! Plus the support service helps as much as possible when needed although I didn't have to write them often (only at the beginning since I was worried) cause there was no problem. I must say I have been very surprised of how fast everything went. One day to receive my payement and one day to get it on my bank account. It is awesome

There was an issue with the site itself so I was struggling with transferring my SAN balance to my card. I contacted them regarding this and they promptly got back to me and informed me of the issue with the site and told me about the actual app, so I got that and sure enough I was able to transfer everything immediately!

Cosmopayment is better than paxum because they don't do SEPA discrimination. This means they don't block your money transfer. They are better than epayment and epayservice because they respect your privacy. They don't ask you to provide supporting documents without reasons.

I saw some bad opinions about this bank but i don't understand why some people don't see how much they are helping us compared with other payment methods who left us without any answer back or others who was dissapeir with our moneyes.I know Cosmo from a long time and the Cosmo sistem and app it's much better today,a real proffesional one.For me they are the most serious company,always ready to help.I always received my moneyes without any delay and the fees are minimum.I know are many others similar banks but with no one of them,i doesn't felt secure like this one.You always know that with cosmo your moneyes are safe,you get them in time and when you need a help-you always fiind someone that will answer you very quiq.Cosmo keep doing your best,you are great and also the people with who you are working are the most nicest!
