Knowledgeable + Great support

Got their name from a friend also in the industry. Quite frankly better experience than expected. I know some of the reviews here are not that great but seriously don’t trust these negative comments. The guys are knowledgeable and very direct. If you don’t know what you want don’t waste their time.

Has its positives, but could improve

Ive written a review a while back, and as some others have mentioned, i had a not so great experience and posted my review... days later only to be contacted to be told if i didn't ammend it, they would cancel my account.
Recently, again similar to Chloe's experience n review, hadnt used it in a while, then sent $20 through and i was rorted and told it was maintenance fee s. Even despite it being 3 dollars a month, if that was the case, and automatic, then that should have reflected accordingly each month in the statments and transaction history. ?? So that you could see its in minus!! 3 dollars to be deducted each month Accordingly, yeh?
Feel they can come across as bullies and they made me feel slightly dumb and stupid.
I have been nothing but polite until the last few weeks,,from having to change the main email to login, then to being locked out and now the APPARENT transactions taken from the account (feedback right there, it might be idea to itemise transactions etc, month to month,) I would like to definitely suggest their banking platform has room for improvement or otherwise to use another option on onlyfans.com. however, I'd still like to continue, persist to try and use it.

Hello, the monthly fee is indeed 3.00 per month, you were charged for months you did not pay. Nobody stole any money. We only ask that reviews that are misleading and incorrect be removed as these reviews are very important to us, to be accused of stealing when we have not can have strong implication.

I opened my account on the 22nd and…

I opened my account on the 22nd and today is still under review after sending my documents.

27th / Here what they just sent me: Hello, the 23rd was a holiday, we are going to approve your account now, however due to the trustpilot review we have decided to end our relationship together and close the account. Let us know if you’d be willing to revert the review and move forward amicably.

You clearly have 0 professionalism. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Also stop justifying yourself. It doesn’t really work and it’s pointless. Everyone will see what you do and how. I’m not really the one at loss here.

I transferred about 400 euro into my…

I transferred about 400 euro into my account a few months ago, 200 was held in the card balance and 200 in the secondary balance, until now the money is locked there and I can’t transfer it anywhere!
My friend opened an account and transferee 200 euros and it didn’t even show up in the account!! The balance is still 0!!
It’s really frustrating

Yesterday I had problem

Yesterday I had problem with my card,it couldn't be used at any store.
I contacted the support and they reached me back pretty fast, but the issue is still not solved.
***Update*** support team helped me again last night, now the card is working!!

Be very careful using this company... I signed up to the website in March as I was planning on eventually using it to deposit my Onlyfans earnings. I only registered to the site, I didn't actually send any documentation or anything until October 2022 as I was ready to give them a try. They approved my account mid October. I then deposited $20 as I found the fees confusing so wanted to see what I would be charged for using the account. Cosmo then took the $20 straight out of my account. I queried it as I thought it must have been a mistake and was informed it was what I owed them for registering to the website in March and that it costs them to keep my bank account open... I hadn't even used it nor sent off my documents for verification until October so how could it cost them anything?! I simply only registered to the website... I didn't even have a bank account with them. There is a $3 monthly fee which is fine but beware they will charge you even if you only sign up to their website. I have asked them to close my account immediately. I am just so glad I didn't deposit more than the minimum $20. Their customer service is shocking too. I have checked their T's & C's and I can't see anywhere where it states you will be charged just for registering with the website. I don't know of any other company that does this. Seems like a scam company to me. Use a different provider where your money is safe.

Hi Chloe, unfortunately your review is wrong and misleading, and we have tried to relay this to you several times via support. You did have an active account as we told you previously. You signed up, the account was opened instantly, and it was ready to be used. As stated publicly on our website, there is a very small monthly fee to keep the account active. You abandoned the account and came back months later, however the account was open the entire time which incurs costs. This is standard practice at any bank in the world, keeping an active account has a cost. It is important to read the guidelines provided when signing up for a service, and it is important not to keep open bank accounts without the intent to use them. We are a highly rated highly regulated financial service and all consumer funds are safe.

I registered to cosmo but i have problem regarding my complete name and address. My complete name consist of 21 letters but they just required 20 letters same with my address so i shorten them. My concern is will i have problem receiving my card if i request since they ask for valid ID upon receiving post mails. Complete address was short too.
