After using they’re services from years, now they are limiting my limits. I can not withdraw and support is super slow.

If I could give 0 stars or negative…

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Do not use this service, they take money when you jsut visit a website, the app is horrid, you can even see the card number and they take 3 usd ever 2 weeks or so from your account, and make it impossible for you to get back into your account and keep charging you when they don't respond to your emails trying to get access to your account. DO NOT USE

Hi Jodie Caltabiano, everything you have listed is a misunderstanding or unfortunate lie. It is simply not possible to charge someone "just to visit a website". The card number is visible on the app by simply click on the stars *** to reveal the information. And we charge 3 USD monthly for the account, not bi-weekly, as like any banking service in the world.

We can confirm that all services are working correctly in Brompton, Adelaide, Australia and have been since you recieved your payment in February 2024. We have also answered every one of your emails within one business day, Please let us know if you are not getting our emails.The issue is you have not yet submitted your ID for verification. Should you wish to not upload your ID, we can gladly send your funds back to Onlyfans.

Good; can be slow


I have been using this processor for 6 months now to get paid from a site I use. I have had an issue a few times which was sorted out efficiently even on a public holiday.
As the saying goes judge a company on how they deal with the problems as they are bound to arise. Thank you Tom & cosmo team for being professional

Cosmo payment has not forgotten what it means to provide excellent customer service. Something so many other companies have lost when dealing with clients. Every time I've reached out to support I have been responded to immediately and with the kind of support I am looking for and need. I recommend this company to anyone need an online payment system.

its been 10 days that im having issues…

its been 10 days that im having issues to transfer money secondary to my european bank account.
no post from CP to mention anything if they having issues with bank transfers.
they waisting my time with non sense without giving me an answer whats going on.
very frustrating.so im gonna have to order i guess a physical card ..and its me thinking prob its all a game CP they playing to force people to get the card cause obviously they making extra money with it.
awful company and service

Hello, there is no post as there are no issues regarding any of our services at this time, more than likely there is an issue with your personal account or the details you input for your transfer. The card is absolutely not something that brings any profit, in fact it is the opposite, the card only costs 12.95 USD and you can spend with it for free, and we lose in the long run in order to provide this service. Please get back to us with your email as soon as possible so we can guide you on using your transfers correctly.

Customer service is superb

Customer service is superb. Im being honest. They answer VERY fast and are very nice. Literally helped with anything I needed, which is important because I feel like good customer service is one of the keys when it comes to customer satisfaction. Good job!

Customer support In internet systems

In internet systems, it is very important for customer support to be efficient and fast when the customer needs it.
In companies that operate with money, like Cosmo, this is even more important. And in this case, Cosmo's support has always been very helpful and fast when I needed it.

Additionally, every time you send a new email it sends all your emails to the back of the list, delaying your response time - all we’re trying to do is help.

Keep in mind these are YOUR bank details, not ours, and still we are helping you as humans with your bank details. We send to thousands of banks around the world we don’t know the specifics for each one, it is up to you to know which bank details you need. Additionally, are not located in Europe. We can 100% confirm that transfers are working correctly in Saint Jean de Luz, France, however we have also offered to send your money back to Streamate.com if you wish.

We have support every single day and answered all your emails within one business day. Additionally, we see that you were indeed able to send to your bank as you now input the correct details.
