Ordered costumes on 28th October 2022 with express shipping to be addressed to the Philippines since I will be flying there for holiday as I am working overseas in Brunei and was expecting the items to arrive at least after 10 days (tailoring time). 9 days after my purchase I emailed them for follow-up and it took them days to respond. Upon receiving their response I requested the items to be sent to my overseas address instead since my vacation in the Philippines is almost over. Unfortunately, they said it's impossible to ship the items to Brunei yet I find it weird since they use DHL, FedEx and UPS for Express shipping, then I would assume there won't be any problem because I also use express shipping when I order other items from online shops via DHL, FedEx and UPS yet they told me they can't send to Brunei. Because of that matter, I requested them to send to Manila giving the complete address plus zip code however, they told me there's no existing city with that zip code which I find it again impossible because other online shops too were able to locate the address during delivery. The last statement they told me was that they will relay the matter to the relevant authorities and from there on, there was no more response. I kept on reminding them that I needed the costumes before December 1, 2022 but they never replied even when I demanded that I would cancel the orders and request for refund. Since no response was made even when I returned to Brunei, I complained the issue through PayPal and stated that I didn't receive the items. Thankfully PayPal responded and issued a refund. I'm never ordering from that site again as it has caused great inconvenience. They are quick to charge for payments but they fail to deliver what was stated on their website.

three weeks after I ordered a costume, still no updates, emailed several times, finally they responded "there are currently no goods you need in our warehouse". So 3 weeks after ordering, I was informed that the costume was not able to be made. They assured me I would get a full refund within 72 hours, still have not received anything and it was been two weeks. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY.

Never delivered my order. Money gone. No respond on my emails.

They sell a costume in XXL, but i got it in XL and they said, they have it only up to XL. I wanted to send it back, but they don't want to pay the shipment.
Also the shipping time was longer than stated. Only after Paypal was included, they send it.

Scam. Poor communication on their side as well

SCAM SHOP! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a backpack, was sent something nowhere close to it, spoke to support for probably 2 weeks, then like magic the support email was no longer valid.

They say delivery time is 8-13 business days but I've been waiting for a month and after reading reviews, I doubt my costume will arrive. Even if it does arrive, I doubt it will be good quality. I paid £73 for my costume + delivery and I just KNOW I won't be getting my money back.

I purchased an EXPENSIVE costume from them almost a month ago (29 days) and paid extra money for faster delivery, which I was told it would arrive in 7-8 days, and STILL haven't received my item. I complained to them via email and they totally ignored me! I feel robbed of £95. Where's my bloody costume! The website shouldn't be allowed to continue as its blatant theft and fraud. Just despicable.

Would give zero stars but that is not an option. This is NOT A REAL COSTUME STORE. It is a fake website made to look real, convincing though it appears. They will not send you anything or will send you knock-off versions of what's represented. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

The site is extremely misleading. Do not buy from here. The title was 'adult black panther costume' and it shows you the whole costume. It is in fact just the mask and sending it back to China will cost a fortune!

After 4 months, no news of my order and no reply to my emails. Very disappointed and would like a refund, but I doubt I'll get one.

Update: it's been two years, no reply to my emails, no refund, no order.

My daughter bought a costume with her own money and it came the sleeves were sewn wrong so only 1 inch wide. Contacted them ... PayPal dispute sent back paid another $20 on shipping it back to China months later hear from there post they never would receive it .. overall super frustrating and waisted money.. I would not but from them ever again and PayPal also wouldn’t refund me

Ordered two things from this site.

First, a Rogue Cheney cosplay. Was okay, but the cloak was too big and I ended up sewing the neck part, as it had been poorly glued. It took 5 months to arrive, which was wayyy longer than they say.

Second, I bought a Deidara cosplay. This cosplay was great quality abut arrived in 2 months, still longer than they advertise. From my experience it’s a bit hit and miss, and they’re not very helpful when you contact them.

Also, NEVER buy wigs from them. They’re awful, malt and don’t look like they’re advertised.

Do not ever order from this company. I ordered a costume for $100 last fall. My costume did not arrive for Halloween. So I did ask for a refund and they told me yes they could do that. Now I'm stuck with no refund and NO costume. I have been trying to ask for my costume to be sent but I still have not received it and they do not respond to me. I should have done my research prior to ordering. The best I can do now is report them to the better business bureau and make sure no one else makes the same mistake as I did. Very Very disappointed.

Never order from here. I ordered boots with express shipping, which was about an extra $30-40. WHICH CLAIMS TO BE 3 TO 4 DAYS. I waited about 3 months until my boots arrived because they shipped it normal "by accident." I was emailing someone about it who never responded to my email. WHICH I found to be very rude and unprofessional. So please do yourself a favor. Never order from here. These people don't care about customer service and clearly don't take fault for their mistakes and won't refund you where it's due. I work in retail, I know how this works. But this was a horrible experience. Yea. I got my boots. But I didn't pay $40 for express shipping that was not fulfilled because of their mistake. And have someone Never message me back cause they don't wanna refund back the 40$ I payed to have this expressed shipped. But they "accidentally" ship normal. Never ordering from them again.

As other have said they send the wrong item. Said sorry, and no resolution offered. Expect you to just put up with a cheaper item.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Do NOT order from this company. They are not a direct seller and do not know specifics about their merchandise. Ordered a Halloween costume and not only was it a month late, it did not include everything pictured. Customer service is absolutely useless and expect you to be understanding that you paid for something that wasn’t as described on the website. I can’t wait til they get shut down, total scammers. Below is the last useless email I got from them. Basically theft!

“Sorry for any inconvenience.
After contacting with the manufacturer, he said that the costume is not inluded the mask. But the website link of this item is stated everything showing in the picture, so there is some mistake in this item, we will improve it and make the adjustments. Hope your kind understanding in this matter, thanks. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
