Super long deliveries and made for super tall people only

It takes more than 12 days to deliver just anything. And I live in London. You would think they have better operations in big cities.

Plus all coats are made exclusively for 7-8ft tall people. I’m 5.2, I can’t reach pockets when I wear their jackets or coats. The lengths are absolutely unreasonable.

I purchased a puffer jacket from the site and it arrived after 12 days.
However, the jacket has a strong urine smell, and I haven’t even worn it.

Lost in transit

Do not order online. Waited 11 days for my purchase, then received an email saying a refund was being processed. I rang their Customer Service, waited on call for 15 minutes and then they cut me off, next call was 8 minutes and i was told that they couldnt do anything for me and it would be 3/4 days before i receive my refund. I understand these things happen, but they could have contacted me because i needed the product for a specific event and i would have asked for a replacement.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. Very Disappointing. Paid £185 for a jacket, no updates, no item after 4 weeks. Cos online orders bounce straight to InPost. Their comms is appalling. We've just cancelled the order; they've deducted the shipping charges and will take 4 weeks to process the refund. We'll be voting with our wallets and never shopping with COs again.

Consistently rubbish

Consistently rubbish. The latest infuriating experience with them concerned an online order for some jeans. I typed in my address for delivery but noticed the order form said it was being delivered to a shop to be collected. I contacted COS customer service within minutes to ask for them to re-direct to my home address because I was out of the country and couldn't do a pick up. Never heard back from them. The jeans were duly delivered to the shop and then sent back. I wrote to COS to complain - much back and forth, to no avail or satisfaction and the jeans are now out of stock. It's always like this with COS customer service. The clothes are good but heaven help you if you have to ever deal with them.

No excuse for orders taking this long

No excuse for orders taking this long. Ordered on Monday and didn't even get an update from Evri until Saturday to say they have it. I expect another few days before I even receive it. The processing speed for a company of this size is honestly a bit embarrassing.

Anywhere else I order from, it takes around 3 days on average to receive a parcel.

Please sort it out - it's 2025. We need things faster than this. 2 stars purely because the review is on the company as a whole. I like their clothes - but this is honestly poor.

Very very disappointing customer service

I recently purchased a jacket from COS, and unfortunately it arrived with defects - the seam had torn and the pocket was coming apart. When I contacted customer service, I was told that because I had received earlier adjustments on my order, they were unable to offer any help.

However, these previous adjustments were unrelated, and I was never informed that they would prevent me from receiving assistance if a new defect appeared. The product is clearly faulty, yet I was repeatedly told that “the system cannot make further adjustments,” which is both unhelpful and confusing.

I tried offering to return the previous compensation just to receive a proper, non-defective jacket, but even that was refused.

This has been a very disappointing customer-service experience, and I genuinely do not understand why a clearly defective item cannot be replaced.

Placed an order on 31st October and…

Placed an order on 31st October and still not received it. The item hasn’t even been dispatched from the Warehouse and my payment is still pending…

Customer Service are useless and have no authority to cancel the order or place it again for me. Have Cos been hacked as I see other people are having the same problem?

Maybe they’re being held to ransom and can’t admit it to the customer. Anyway i won’t be shopping with them again.

Appalling!

Slow to deliver, even slower to refund. No reviews of items available and unable to leave a review (they obviously don't want them).
Like their style, clothes, but customer service or lack of it is off-putting. Shame.

Opened a dispute with them via PayPal before I was finally refunded - Appalling!

Useless!

I ordered something from Cos on 7th November.. told it would be delivered within 7 days.. it wasn't! I phoned the customer service on 17th November, only to be told it would take another 8 days for delivery.. no reason, no apology, and the lady was quite abrupt! I will not be buying from Cos again!

Completely Misleading and Unprofessional Service - DO NOT TRUST

I placed an order on November 6th with an estimated delivery of Nov 12–17.
On Nov 10th I informed them I needed the package before Nov 15th because I will be out of the country for a long period. They assured me I would receive it by Saturday and told me not to cancel.
Today is Friday and the parcel STILL hasn’t even been handed over to the courier, which has been “waiting for it” since Nov 8th.
They accepted my payment on Nov 12th yet failed to deliver anything. This level of disregard, misinformation and lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable — it’s absolutely outrageous.

Customer service extremely poor

Tried to make an order today (12/11/2025) to obtain a smaller size of an item already received which had turned out to be far too large. Had considerable problems placing the order online. After several attempts, I rang COS. Person told me that she couldn't take orders over the phone and told me that I needed to "troubleshoot" my system. She did not offer to help in any way with what I feel was clearly a problem with their website. She was extremely unhelpful, her English was poor and moreover when I asked her for her name she put the phone down on me.
I have always liked COS products and have been a good customer but I don't think now that I will buy from them again. A very negative experience with no decent outcome!

Order did not arrive on time

Order did not arrive on time. When I called customer service, I was advised that the package was not picked up by the carrier because the warehouse was too busy. I was asked to be "patient".

Demoted my rating to 2 stars after TWO buttons fell off my Car Coat. Rubbish quality for a retailer who claims to focus on "luxury design, ... and quality". I had to resew them myself.

Never order from COS online

This is the second order I have made and never received. When I tracked it I was told it had been returned. Both times I called customer service and was put through to a lady in the Philippines who was of no help at all. This is the last time I shall order anything from COS
