Please do not order Online. Cos has terrible customer service and inadequate return system . Customer services is terrible, I still haven’t received a refund for an item purchased nearly 4 weeks ago.
Poor website and poor customer service.
I wish I’d read the reviews on here before buying. The website is awful. I used a 10% off first order code, but Cos continues to send me emails every day thinking I haven’t used it.
There’s no confirmation of order sent by COS, or links to an account number or tracking. There is no facility to have an on line account via the website. All this just adds to the confusion as you are left in limbo.
I went on Chat and spoke to Kent, to ask if my order went through. He was not helpful. He told me it had been dispatched and gave me tracking and said he’d send me the email, but he didn’t. Was there ever one? I asked about the emails I’m constantly getting and why they keep telling me to use a code I’ve already used, but all he said was it was possibly a glitch and confirmed it had been used, which I could have told him. The website is obviously very basic and not sure I trust these people with my details. My £50 top arrived in a crumpled envelope. Not what I expected. I will be unsubscribing from all emails and will never order from them again. In this day and age of companies that easily go out of business, you’d think they’d be striving to do better.
I’m also getting at least two marketing emails a day from them.
Edit: I tried to unsubscribe but an error comes up advising me to contact Customer services. Funny that.
Absolutely no Customer Service
Non existence Customer Service. It is obvious that they do not care about customers or customer feedback. I will never ever shop Cos again and I believe their lack of respect for customers feedback and money will backfire on them.
Terrible website
Terrible website. Unable to accept my (perfectly normal) address on iPhone. Seemed to require a house number but I don't have one, only a house name; no amount of trying to get round this (eg by adding a number) would work.
Used the customer service chat function- at least it was a real person- apologetic but could not offer a solution other than try a different device.
Managed to get my address to work on PC, but was then difficult to deliver to one address (as a gift) and bill to another.
If they only had apple pay all this would be avoided.
Shocking
If I could give zero I would. Made a large order in 23 Oct to be told by even it was en route to be delivered that day on 30th Oct -and then radio silence. Phoned customer services 3Nov to be told it’s been lost and to avoid it happening again I should change my delivery address which is my local post Office. Maybe Cos should stop using Evri as this is the 3rd time this has happened in less than 3 months which leads me to believe Evri are not to be trusted. Because it is now outside the ‘delivery timeframe’ I have to accept a refund that will take up to 10 working days meaning they have had my money for nearly a month. Clever system - times that my thousands of customers and you have a good banking business. Thank you COS
I have only bought COS clothing and…
I have only bought COS clothing and especially jeans for the last 8-10 years but the last two pairs of jeans I bought shrunk significantly adter the first wash. I can’t even wear them since the legs shrunk more than an 1 1/2” and they look like capris now. I wish they had not changed the denim material. :(

Just left the store in Regent Street and the manager he had the face of thunder. I had been advised from the Friday's store manager to return to the store on Saturday and do an exchange for the faulty item I was sold. The Sat manager, a different one, literally was shouting at me in front of all customers in the flagship store in London refusing to exchange the faulty item regardless of the instructions of the main store manager. He said he refused to deal with me, all customers appalled and watching the scene, I am now in the process of suing the store for moral damages and non-compliance with customer protection law in the UK. I will not ever step foot on COS again.

On 22.10 Evri supposed to deliver. They decided instead delivering to divert parcel back to COS!
Had to email cos to see what’s happening as EVRI was not replying.
Cos stating parcel got damaged in transit and they decided to have it back.
Parcel hasn’t moved since 21.10. And they can’t do refund before they get this back????
I’m the one in middle of useless Evri and even worse COS! Holding my money I’m going to PayPal dispute, shame on you COS.
DAMAGED PANTS - TRYING TO GET REFUND
They sent me damaged pants that arrived on October 20th. I have been calling them every day (long distance charges apply) and I've been promised that a supervisor will get back to me within the hour. It is 4 days later and still no call and now I've called 5 times. I paid duties and brokerage fees to UPS ($65). Their customer service is non existent. I tried communicating with their social media team and now they are radio silent. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Exceptional customer service at the store on Kensington High Street. The staff went out of their way, and spend considerable time, helping me resolve an issue that was entirely my fault. Will definitely be shopping here regularly from now on.

I wish I had read on here before buying online. Ordered trousers om 5/10 they take nearly 2 weeks to arrive. They don't fit well. I try to sort a return. I am given the option of evri pick up. I book it in for today. Evri person arrives and says the label emailed by cos/h&m is actually for royal mail. Couldn't make it up. Will try the post office next but not sure what I Will encounter there!

The package is terrible. This paper envelope that they pack EUR200 cashmere sweater in arrived in terrible condition , and there is absolutely no feeling that you purchased an expensive item.
Very Bad Customer Service
I have had the displeasure of having to deal with Cos customer service when returning items bought online. Customer service representatives repeatedly put you on hold to "check details" after which you are cut off. I rang them five times today to have the same thing happen over and over again. It is beyond frustrating and not the first time either. I find it incredulous that such a quality brand can provide such poor service. I will not be ordering online from them again. Do better, Cos.

I order online only from those stores that offer hassle free returns and quick refunds and sadly COS is really failing in this area. I returned an item more than 3 weeks ago and still no acknowledgement that it was received and no refund processed. When I emailed Customer Service I was told to wait a bit longer!!! Speechless ..

COS offers truly appalling service. I placed an order on 4th of October. The order was supposed to delivered yesterday. I have not received my order yesterday. Got an email from EVRI today that it is finally out for delivery. It is 10 p.m. and nothing has been delivered. Truly awful service. It is absolutely unacceptable timeline for a delivery. Plus, COS use the most unreliable delivery partner. I don't think I will receive my parcel. Will do a charge back with my bank. I will never order anything from COS again.

Customer service is an abosolute joke, wanted to place a £700 order but never received the 10% sign up code, woman on the phone just wasted time with no answers. I gave up. Will shop elsewhere, don't waste your time calling them.
Poor workmanship, design and customer care
I bought some very expensive leather sandles at the end of last summer.
I did not wear the them till this summer. After 3 weeks of occasional use a leather strap came unstitched.
When I rang customer services ( which sounded like someone out doors !) I was told that COS only do refunds after 3 weeks ( or at least I think that’s what she said as it was very windy where she was!)
This was poor workmanship and poor design . I had to get them repaired by a cobbler. No more COS for me.
