Be cautious when shopping at COS stores outside the United States. I recently purchased a shirt at a COS location in Singapore, and upon returning home to the U.S., I discovered a small hole on the sleeve when I went to wear it. When I contacted COS customer service, I was told that items purchased in one country can only be returned or exchanged in that same country.
It’s disappointing that a global brand like COS does not offer international support or flexibility for product issues. COS has lost one customer because of their lack of desire to implement a policy to better serve its international customers.

Lovely clothes. Horrible experience trying to buy online. Long time to dispatch. Then claimed parcel had been delivered when it had not. Took a week for a refund to be promised but this may take 10 days. Utterly shocking that they are so useless. This is the second parcel that has just gone missing despite me being sent dispatch and delivery tracking details. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I rarely write reviews, certainly not bad ones, but this non delivery has happened twice. I want to warn others that you may be out of pocket for weeks with no goods.
Consistently bad experience
Consistently the worst online shopping experience I have had. Customer service give out wrong information about products and stock, delivery time is double that of any other online retailer, and returns take just as long to complete. It's pretty baffling that a company as reputable as Cos cant get the basics of online retailing right. It's stopped me from buying their clothes as it's just a painful experience every single time.

Do not order from them! Order placed 28 September, they then took until 6 October to take the funds (despite my bank having earmarked it as pending) then sent email to say jacket has been despatched and I should have this today (9th) Called Customer Services and rang IN POST to be told they've not had it. I was told this morning l'd have it today, called them again tonight and am now told it hasn't left the warehouse and I need to wait until 14th Oct to be issued a refund!! No apology, no replacement being sent on express, they are willing to do nothing!! I want either my jacket or the hundreds of pounds back I paid for it. I WILL be informing Trading Standards and my bank and will take legal action unless my refund is issued or jacket sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
Beware the Hefty Import Duties to Canada with No Prior Notice
Ordered 3 items from COS CANADA online and since we have local COS stores here I thought the clothes would be shipped locally! A few days after submitting my order, I received a notice to pay $230 import duties and taxes and tarrifs!! And if not paid, a charge would apply at delivery!! There was no notice whatsoever about this on the COS checkout screen, which I find to be a scammy practice. Never ordering online again from this company.

Late delivery, atrocious customer service
Paid extra for 2 day delivery. The item finally arrived 9 days late and when I contacted customer service they took days to reply and told me I was wrong and the order was delivered on time, providing no proof of this supposed delivery.

I'm being generous giving COS customer service 1 star rating. Absolutely shocking. I purchased an item online only to be told the link I was sent was for Germany customers only. COS refunded the amount but refused to honour the initial sale price, then after 2 weeks COS said they would allow me to purchase the item at sale - and then 3 weeks later changed their mind and said no again. Awful company to deal with.
Sent the wrong size
Sent the wrong size - correct on paper tag but a size larger on actual garment tag. Item now sold out online. No apology, no accountability, no alternative (eg swap, similar recommendation) offered; simply told repeatedly to return it where they can check if the unworn, incorrect item meets return criteria....

I ordered from COS three weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent five emails and made phone calls to customer service, but I’ve had no meaningful response or resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is really disappointing for a brand at this level. Definitely rethinking shopping here again.
Online order not arriving when it should
I wish I had read the Trust pilot reviews before ordering with COS online. My order should have arrived by 19 September but after chasing with customer services was informed it is likely to be end of next week due to high volume of deliveries. Reading through the reviews, this has been going on for some time. I have emailed customer services but am doubtful I will receive any reply apart from the usual "we are busier than usual at the moment"
I find this unacceptable and wish I had never ordered on line.
Online sales and stock availability pretty bad
Online sales, stock and listings are pretty terrible. Popular trainers that go out of stock for months with no updates. In stock notifications for store stock are unreliable and they advertise clothes, especially sets, that you can't purchase not because they're out of stock but because they haven't been released. Why advertise them then?! Major renovations needed.
Beware. If there’s anything wrong with item, you’re stuffed.
I bought a 3 pack of t-shirts for my son, which I have bought previously.
I washed them (front loader) and when ironing, I noticed there was a tiny hole in exactly the same spot on all three shirts. Clearly a fault. Contacted Customer Service straight away but after stringing me along in emails, they said we only accept “returns” for unworn,‘unused items. So beware, if your item is faulty in any way, you’re stuffed.

I strongly recommend avoiding COS online. Their customer service is just as disappointing as their delivery partner, Evri. If anything goes wrong, you're expected to wait 2–3 weeks for your order to be sorted—completely unacceptable.
Honestly, I expected far better from COS, especially considering how expensive their products are. When you're paying premium prices, you should receive premium service—not this.

I'm getting no response at all about an item that I returned despite delivery being confirmed several days ago. I have not been issued a refund or received any confirmation from COS that the item has been received. I also had an awful experience with Evri when awaiting delivery of the item originally. The driver made arrived, parked in the carpark opposite my flat, took a photo of himself holding the item, then drove away without attempting delivery. I watched the whole thing from the window of my flat on the third floor and couldn't quite believe it. COS have been impossible to get hold of on the phone or via email.
