I looked at it a couple of weeks ago and just checked into your website as I know my membership has expired and I wanted to renew so I could buy this thing. It's no longer a good buy compared to other retailers. Same price as everyone else so why call yourself a wholesaler. LOL
Costco is great
Costco is great. Low prices and reasonably helpful staff, what more do you want? We have several in Montreal so the trip there isn't too long. Definitely come with a car because you'll need the space. The only thing I continue disliking about Costco is the membership thing. I find it silly that a supermarket charges people for the right to shop there. I'm a reluctant member.

I went to Costco today, tapped my card to get in without issue. I finally got to the checkout and scanned my membership to pay for my items and a notice in the screen came up saying that my membership expired on April 30th 2025, today Is June 14th 2025 and I was not prepared to renew it at this time financially. Your membership rule is not fair to those who do not live close to a Costco. This rule stops people from shopping at Costco. This is not fair and I think the membership rule should not be a thing. Very stupid
Disappointed
We are very very disappointed with the chicken strips that Costco sells in the food court. The price is now $7.99 jumped from $5.99. However the price goes up and the quantity goes right down. The chicken strips used to be bigger and thicker are now smaller and thinner. Don’t be under the illusion that members don’t notice these things. If you’re increasing the price, the quantity has to remain the same. Ever since this new CEO has arrived, this is becoming quite evident … all he’s thinking about is profits. The quality and quantity are getting reduced. We as long time members of COSTCO deserve and expect better. It shouldn’t always be about your profit margins! Members come first because without members you won’t have any business or profits.

Trafalgar is not up to Costco standards
Costco recommended Trafalgar Tours to us. The trip was a disaster. The tour director fell asleep on the bus instead of leading the tour, and so much more went wrong. For example: There was no bus assignment, contrary to everything we have read about bus tours with Trafalgar. If you weren't early, you were in the back. Trafalgar refuses to take calls, and will only communicate by email. While the hotels were great, the trip missed on so many other details...like pick up at the airport. My advise...if considering taking a vacation, reconsider using Costco--- they may not have done their homework in the travel section. (PS...We love our Costco warehouses and online services).

I wanted to bring to your attention a recent issue I experienced with a dryer delivery today. The delivery team arrived and informed me that the dryer would not fit through the basement door. I suggested they come inside and use the stairs, but unfortunately, one of the delivery team members refused to remove his shoes or accept a shoe covering.He used an F word!!!As a result, they left with the dryer and canceled my order.

Online support: ineptitude at it's finest
Their online email support is shockingly incompetent. Specifically, regarding Incident 250423-000033 with Melanie M., the ongoing issue with the default shipping address still isn’t reflected in actual orders, causing delivery problems. My experience with their email support has been consistently poor. There’s no accountability, and the responses—possibly from offshore staff—are absurdly unhelpful. In contrast, the in-warehouse service is generally solid. Others should consider contacting NP or another regional VP to address these ongoing problems with Costco.ca email support.

More than four days to book an appointment for just flat tire repair and nobody is answering the phone, I know they are busy but it is good to spend a bit of time to answer phone calls.
I have tried around 12 times , no luck.
I looked at website and there is no appointment before almost a week.
