You find something in Costco and all of a sudden it's gone.
I found McDonald's Decafe coffee in pods and I thought that was great now go in there and they don't carry it anymore they don't even carry tim hortons decade k pods

Why has Costco joined the Price-Gougers Club ? How do they justify a $400 price increase on this item

I looked at it a couple of weeks ago and just checked into your website as I know my membership has expired and I wanted to renew so I could buy this thing. It's no longer a good buy compared to other retailers. Same price as everyone else so why call yourself a wholesaler. LOL

Costco is great. Low prices and reasonably helpful staff, what more do you want? We have several in Montreal so the trip there isn't too long. Definitely come with a car because you'll need the space. The only thing I continue disliking about Costco is the membership thing. I find it silly that a supermarket charges people for the right to shop there. I'm a reluctant member.

I went to Costco today, tapped my card to get in without issue. I finally got to the checkout and scanned my membership to pay for my items and a notice in the screen came up saying that my membership expired on April 30th 2025, today Is June 14th 2025 and I was not prepared to renew it at this time financially. Unable to get what I came in for. What I want to know is WHY THE FACK WAS I ALLOWED TO ENTER TH BUILDING IN THE 1ST PLACE!!!!. Also,Why was I not sent an email to let me know prior or even when it expired sent an email informing me. I'm not renewing my
membership and hope everyone else sees what a scam this place is. I suggest you all read your costco membership contracts.

Your membership rule is not fair to those who do not live close to a Costco. This rule stops people from shopping at Costco. This is not fair and I think the membership rule should not be a thing. Very stupid

We are very very disappointed with the chicken strips that Costco sells in the food court. The price is now $7.99 jumped from $5.99. However the price goes up and the quantity goes right down. The chicken strips used to be bigger and thicker are now smaller and thinner. Don’t be under the illusion that members don’t notice these things. If you’re increasing the price, the quantity has to remain the same. Ever since this new CEO has arrived, this is becoming quite evident … all he’s thinking about is profits. The quality and quantity are getting reduced. We as long time members of COSTCO deserve and expect better. It shouldn’t always be about your profit margins! Members come first because without members you won’t have any business or profits.

The Costco yard waste bags, while low cost for numerous bags, do not satisfy the necessity. They rip easily and the bottoms fall out!

Costco recommended Trafalgar Tours to us. The trip was a disaster. The tour director fell asleep on the bus instead of leading the tour, and so much more went wrong. For example: There was no bus assignment, contrary to everything we have read about bus tours with Trafalgar. If you weren't early, you were in the back. Trafalgar refuses to take calls, and will only communicate by email. While the hotels were great, the trip missed on so many other details...like pick up at the airport. My advise...if considering taking a vacation, reconsider using Costco--- they may not have done their homework in the travel section. (PS...We love our Costco warehouses and online services).

Why does Costco sell hearing adds, when they Don't really service them. My mother has been in twice for service, she is 87 and needs some assistance from a caring employee.. sham on your store...

I just received a brand new Frigidaire dishwasher and had it installed and it is leaking around the door. Faulty latch.
I am not impressed. Now it has to be reinstalled and returned. Not impressed at all

I wanted to bring to your attention a recent issue I experienced with a dryer delivery today. The delivery team arrived and informed me that the dryer would not fit through the basement door. I suggested they come inside and use the stairs, but unfortunately, one of the delivery team members refused to remove his shoes or accept a shoe covering.He used an F word!!!As a result, they left with the dryer and canceled my order.

I am disappointed with the level of service I received and would like to discuss this matter further. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

Yesterday at Ajax Rio can Costco I spent 1029.00 amount on groceries. I had 2 carts . I ask for help then the Cash person was telling me to push it to the door then the guy with yellow vest will help u . And I was wondering how on earth I will push this 2 cart . Seeing me struggling no one came to help and then I had to ask for help .

The Eye Centre at Costco in Victoria, BC really shines in customer satisfaction. Their no-questions-asked return policy is a major plus—it makes trying out new glasses easy and worry-free.

The overall service is smooth, and the staff are generally helpful and professional.

However, some sales staff can be a bit pushy, which may lead customers to buy something that isn’t necessarily the best option for their needs.

A little more focus on:
- Listening would go a long way.
- Provide clear and understandable explanations of exam results.
- Educate and teach patients about their options—don’t sell to them. If patients need to purchase eyewear or undergo a procedure, show patients several options that best suit their needs.

Still, a reliable place for eye care.

If you live rural, and try to get something delivered, forget it. They have had our money for 1 month, trying to push it off another week. Why advertise delivery and pick up of major appliances when the call center doesn't even have visibility to the shipping department and their repeated failures. Will rip the card up and shop elsewhere. Shame on you.

I used the women's washroom at the Billy Bishop store in Toronto and it was so run down and filthy
I would not let my dog shit on the floor. Doors are broken, toilet seats are lose, dust and filth everything. This company makes soooooooo much money yet they cannot maintain their washrooms? Clearly their cleaners are blind and management couldn't care less. SHAME on you filthy people

My daughter & I visited the store in Sudbury. We were looking for sunglasses and with Susan’s expertise we each were able to find the perfect pair. Her knowledge, professionalism and exceptional customer service made it a fabulous experience for us

Their online email support is shockingly incompetent. Specifically, regarding Incident 250423-000033 with Melanie M., the ongoing issue with the default shipping address still isn’t reflected in actual orders, causing delivery problems. My experience with their email support has been consistently poor. There’s no accountability, and the responses—possibly from offshore staff—are absurdly unhelpful. In contrast, the in-warehouse service is generally solid. Others should consider contacting NP or another regional VP to address these ongoing problems with Costco.ca email support.

I just want to fries and normally I don’t have physical card but my husband having gold star membership card but on the entrance they don’t enter me I am really really upset for this service. I will never go there and my husband too

More than four days to book an appointment for just flat tire repair and nobody is answering the phone, I know they are busy but it is good to spend a bit of time to answer phone calls.
I have tried around 12 times , no luck.
I looked at website and there is no appointment before almost a week.
You are advertising for buying tires from Costco which is not a good idea when customer is dealing with a simple problem.
